The post holder is an experienced general practice pharmacist, who acts within their professional boundaries, supported and working alongside a team of GreenLight pharmacists in general practice. In this role they will be supported by practice GPs and the GL@GP Director who will develop, manage and mentor them. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Instructor to join our outpatient pulmonary rehabilitation team at St Thomas' Hospital. You will be a key member of the team co-ordinating and delivering pulmonary rehabilitation for patients with chronic lung conditions in Lambeth and Southwark. You will be based in St. Thomas' hospital and work across the community sites in Lambeth and Southwark.

The post holder will have excellent communication skills and will gain experience supervising specialist exercise for patients.

The funding for this post has been obtained from NHS England for the expansion of pulmonary rehabilitation. The funding is for 12 months and we would welcome secondments to the post from members of staff wishing to gain experience in the pulmonary rehabilitation setting as well as external candidates.

This post will require the post holder to deliver high quality exercise and education physiotherapy interventions for patients living with chronic lung disease.

Management and Leadership

Physical Resources
• To be responsible for competent use and maintenance of all equipment used, to report defects in equipment in a timely manner
• To undertake routine and general light cleaning/tidying tasks within departmental clinical areas
• To undertake some administrative tasks particularly related to record keeping and data inputting
• To prepare and clean equipment used in treatment
• To report all complaints and accidents immediately to a member of physiotherapy staff

Human Resources:
• To be responsible for non-clinical induction of assistants and students as required
Planning and Organisation:• To flexibly plan and organise own time, patient caseload, meetings and training and to adjust plans as required according to exercise classes, staffing levels and to meet deadlines
• To assist the physiotherapist in the development of the programme
• To ensure smooth organisation of patient individual and group work
• To liaise with and provide cover for other Technical Instructors in the physiotherapy service during annual, sick and study leave
Service Development:• To follow physiotherapy department and Trust policies
• To comment on changes to departmental policies and procedures as required
• To support and participate in the in-service teaching programme

• They are seeking experienced Multi Traders to join their growing team on a long-term basis.

Your new role

• You will be required to travel between properties in Wandsworth.
• You will be working exclusively on fitting new floors to the residential properties.
• Fitting bathrooms and kitchens.
• Minor painting, decorating and plastering work.
• You will need to work independently and be able to communicate effectively with the customers.
• Working off a list of properties that need work done to them. The amount per week will depend on the size of the work required.
• You will need to provide your own tools for the job.
• You will be paid for 40 hours per week on a weekly basis.

What you'll need to succeed

• You MUST have a van for this role.
• You will be provided with a Parking Permit for you to complete the work and park close to the jobs.
• You will need to be an experienced Multi Trader with experience working in all aspects of carpentry, painting and plastering.
• You will not require a CSCS card for this position.

Morgan Hunt are working with an Education organisation who are recruiting for a HR System Advisor on a contract basis starting ASAP. This role is paying from £20 - £22.50 per hour on a temporary basis for 3 months initially but with a chance of permanency. It is a really interesting role with a great mix of HR and systems and is hybrid, based in Croydon with flexible start and finish times.

Overall Purpose of the HR System Advisor:

• To work part of a HR team to provide a professional, high-quality, and customer-focused HR service to allocated business areas, providing line management to a HR Officer and HR Assistant.
• To support with the maintenance and development of the HR system, utilising support from the systems provider (MHR) where required. Producing Business Object reports from the system, as required.
• To lead on the maintenance of the staff intranet, ensuring content is up to date, and provides relevant hub and communication channel for staff information.
• To work closely with business areas to support their HR requirements providing HR data to enable proactive support, and providing monthly meetings with Heads of allocated areas to identify HR priority support. Managing HR processes relating to absence management, probation, performance improvement and disciplinary, and change management processes. Supporting with policy development, and other HR projects, as required.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the HR System Advisor:

• To meet regularly with allocated business areas to understand their HR priorities and providing HR initiatives and options to support their need To provide HR establishment reports and HR monitoring reports on, sickness, recruitment and turnover, etc. to proactively address HR related issues.
• To support with the maintenance and development of the HR system, utilising support from the systems provider (MHR) where required. Producing Business Object reports from the system, as required.
• To support HR casework at all stages of the process, coaching managers and staff through the relevant process and procedures, including disciplinary, sickness, probation, performance improvement and flexible/hybrid working requests.
• To ensure the team are trained on the HR system (iTrent) and accurately input and update employee data in a timely way for payroll processing for allocated areas.
• To apply an excellent working knowledge of HR and to coach and support Managers and other stakeholder on all aspects of HR best practice.

Experience & Knowledge of the HR System Advisor:

• Experience of working in a HR role in an educational or similar setting.
• Experience of working with business areas to provide a comprehensive HR service provision.
• Experience of supporting HR casework processes.
• Knowledge of processes required for supporting change management/restructure processes.
• Experience of line management, or delegation of work and co- ordination of resources.
• Experience of using Microsoft Office Applications ie Word, Excel, demonstrating accurate data input skills.
