Provide information and coordinates with Payroll, information technology staffs, and users to resolve problems. Take appropriate corrective actions and explains to users the source of problems and the steps required to resolve the problem.
• Provide nationwide help desk services for GSA Nationwide employees. This position has job functions that must be executed within specific geographic locations. The official duty station is a federal facility, leased space, or an alternative worksite (typically the employee’s home) within the specified geographic area.
