The incumbent is responsible for providing significant assistance to the Supervisory Financial Disclosure Counsel in the administration and oversight of the Department's Financial Disclosure Program, and service as the backup to the Lead Ethics Specialist in the administration of all aspects of the Department's electronic financial disclosure report filing system.

The purpose of this position is to provide a variety of legal administrative, operations and support services. This position serves as Executive Assistant (legal) to the General Counsel, independently performing a wide range of confidential and sensitive assignments requiring an intimate knowledge of the supervisor's priorities and interests concerning current HHS issues
