Job Scope

• Assist with the entire recruitment process (especially on PMET roles)

工作职责

• 协助于公司人力资源工作程序包括执行招聘，简历筛选，面试安排与任职培训指导
• 活跃于广泛运用网路平台社交媒体执行招聘和编制职位内容
• 检查，改正，记录和总结员工劳动纪律报告包括出席率，迟到，加班与请假认证
• 协助薪资处理
• 协助员工关系管理，协调公司内部沟通
• 更新与整理员工个人档案
• 协助员工绩效评估系统
• 改进人力资源政策
• 与相关政府部门沟通以确保公司遵守当地劳动法及相关法规
• 联系政府机构处理税务，公积金和社险事务 （LHDN,KWSP,SOCSO）
