Job Description
- Preparing quotations , VO and cost breakdown.
- Obtains, materials sourcing, and evaluates quotations from the respective suppliers/vendors follow by procurement requisition.
- To verify, cost-control of all suppliers, sub-contractor, and supplier.
- Prepare pre and post project , progress claims, tender documentations and final accounts.
- Prepares quantity taking-off measuring.
- Ensure every progress claim, certifications are issued on timely basis.
- Attend meeting , coordinate with the client and consultants on related works
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in QS. 1 to 4 years experience.
- Computer literate, preferably Microsoft Excel, Word & Project
- Required language(s) : Mandarin , Cantonese , English and BM.
- Fresh graduates and internship students are welcome to apply.
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Excel ,Word, QS IT Skill).
- Basic Pay : RM 3,500 ~ RM 5000
- Intern Range : RM 1,400 ~ RM 1,800
- Possess own transport , & 5 day works.
- Benefit : Medical claim , allowance , bonus , company trip.
- Location at Subang ( 6 min walking from LRT).
