Serco’s Environmental Services provide a complete waste and recycling service on behalf of the residents and communities. With a professional, dedicated, and friendly team of Refuse and Recycling and Street Cleansing staff, we ensure that streets, homes and businesses are kept clean, safe and tidy, whilst providing the very best levels of customer service to all members of the community that we serve. And right now, we have an opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join our team of essential workers and help us make a positive difference to the environment we all live and work in.
In this role you will support the operations manager(s) in many of the administrative tasks involved within the business. These tasks will include handling inbound calls, complaint management, completing daily and monthly reports for the client, and communicating data effectively. The Position will be flexible enough to allow you to also support any of the site managers or supervisors.

What you'll need to do the role?
To be considered for a position within our team, you will have previous experience in a similar role.
We are looking to hear from candidates who take accountability for own workload and can act with limited supervision, great with people and can work well both alone and within a team environment, have excellent communication, accurate recording, and computer skills, well organised, good knowledge of Microsoft applications and Passionate and committed to seeking personal development / growth.
