My public sector client is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant / Support Worker to work alongside one of their Lead Product Managers to support them with their day-to-day work. This is a temporary assignment for about 5 months, working Monday to Friday paying £14.53 per hour, full time 37.50 hours a week. The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and specialist technical skills. You will have extensive experience of delivering outstanding customer service and possess the ability to develop relationships across our school and the Star community.

You will have:

• A*-B or 9-5 in English and Maths at GCSE.
• Experience of working in a senior administrative role.
• Experience of minuting meetings and undertaking follow up actions.
• The ability to work with a variety of partners and key stakeholders in an effective manner.
• Strong interpersonal and team-working skills.

Salary: NJC 5-7 £19,469 - £20,123 (actual), £22,737-£23,500 (pro rata)

- As an Administrative Assistant within our SEN team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department.
- You will need to manage multiple priorities and use your initiative to plan and coordinate interventions, contributing directly to the educational outcomes of our students.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and prioritise a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
- Use initiative to support and coordinate SEN interventions
- Maintain confidentiality in a sensitive working environment
- Support the SEN team with administrative tasks, including handling SEN-related processes and procedures

Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in administration, particularly within an educational or SEN setting, or transferable skills
- An understanding of SEN processes (advantageous)
