• Working Day: 5 Work Day, 9am-6pm

Job Scopes:

• Main contact point with director
• Organize, manage and schedule appointments
• Make travel arrangements for boss and family
• Travel with boss and family (able to take roller coaster rides)
• Supervision of maids
• Event organization
• Property management - liaising with tenants and property agents
• Ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance of all properties
• Liasing with pest control, pet groomers, gardeners
• Source for supplies for home and office
• Run errands for boss and family

Requirements and skills

• MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE with class 3 license, Toyota car will be provided for driving purpose
