Location: Caldecott
Work hours: Monday – Friday, Office hours
Job scope:
• Assist with the scheduling of meetings, availabilities, scheduling of cases and sharing of case documents.
• Track submission of forms
• Extract, input and upload all relevant data from reports and supporting documents into the system;
• Provide support in field work with Adult Protection Officers
• Support in collation of data when required (e.g. monthly sighting of Vulnerable Adults and ad-hoc requests)
• File management; and Administrative and corporate support including minute taking
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Admin and minutes taking experience
- Competent in Microsoft Office (eg: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior investigation experience is advantageous
