Our Irvine, CA group is seeking an accomplished Technical Manager to join our team in supporting multiple software products and brands across the organization, such as www.homes.com and www.homesnap.com. You will have a direct impact on highly visible Homes web and mobile applications that touch millions of users.
This position is in our Irvine, CA and has the opportunity for hybrid work with up to two days remote per week.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college
- A track record of commitment to prior employers
- 10+ years of development experience
- Expertise with .Net Core 6.x, C#, Relation and Document Data Systems (such as, Elastic Search)
- Experience with Kafka, SQS, Lambda, S3, Redis
- Solid development and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in fast paced Agile Scrum environments
- Understanding & implementation of automated test processes
- Strong project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Must be able to communicate at a level appropriate to the audience (direct reports, peers and senior management)
- Excellent team and consensus building abilities
- Ability to motivate and build high performance software development teams
PREFERRED QUALIFCATIONS AND SKILLS
- 3+ years of team leadership experience
- Experience in developing Web Applications
- Familiarity with TypeScript frameworks is highly desired
- Commercial Real Estate knowledge is a bonus

This position offers a base salary range of $147,000.00 - $258,000.00, based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous benefits plan.
