The DCQM provides executive leadership and direct supervision over the following areas: Accreditation, Risk Management, External Peer Review, and Patient Safety. Works towards achievement of high quality, safety, and cost effective evidence based outcomes on a continual journey of a high reliability organization. Collaborates with both administrative and clinical services to monitor quality and safety within the service and medical center. Ensures processes are in place for continued accreditation readiness and participates in rounds to survey clinical departments. As an Intelligence Operations Specialist, GS-0132-09/11, you will assure the Intelligence Squadron maintains a capability to provide appropriate Gaining Command entities with timely fused intelligence support and fully trained intelligence personnel, during peace time operations. Administers daily targeting, collections, and analysis of the assigned portion of the Gaining Command Area of Responsibility (AOR). Coordinates with the Gaining Command on intelligence elements (collections, analysis and/or targeting) needed to carry out coordination and liaison with counterparts and colleagues in such other major command intelligence organizations as Air Combat Command (ACC), Air Mobility Command (AMC), Air National Guard Bureau Headquarters (NGB), United States Air Forces Europe (USAFE), Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) and such other governmental agencies as Director of National Intelligence (DNI), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), National Security Agency (NSA), U.S. Space Command (SPACECOM), Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency (AFISR Agency), and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Incumbent represents the organization at interagency conferences and meetings that deal with specialty functions and intelligence-specific roles in the AOC. As an Air Conditioning Equipment Mechanic, WG-5306-10, you will develop, established and maintain work center training programs. Plans and schedules tasks and training activities for drill status guard members. Oversees and conducts on-the-job training (OJT) for personnel. Creates and develops lesson plans. Ensures availability of facilities and training aids. Monitors the training status of personnel and ensures that supplemental and/or remedial training is accomplished. Incumbent is responsible for mobilization readiness of section personnel and equipment. Responsible for unit wide operator training programs for selected equipment (e.g. generator operator training). May be responsible for unit wide training in environmental issues including Hazardous Communication (HAZCOM), Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) and other environmental related areas. May act as the unit environmental manager.

PHYSICAL EFFORT: Physical effort involves stooping, bending, stretching, standing, climbing, and working in tiring and uncomfortable positions. Requires moderate to strenuous physical exertion including pushing and shoving of wheeled equipment. Lifts heavy equipment and components weighing up to 40 pounds and with assistance, lifts items weighing over 40 pounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Works inside and outside, in inclement weather, on icy, wet and slippery surfaces and work areas, and in temperature and humidity extremes. Subject to the dangers from toxic fumes, oil, heat, fluids, shock, high noise level, possible cuts, abrasions and burns, extremely low temperature cryogenic liquids and extremely high air pressures while repairing, adjusting, positioning, or moving equipment. Works with high voltage electrical power and must come in contact with petroleum products. Incumbent works on equipment parts that are dirty and greasy and may be dangerous to operate or repair because of defects. Follows safety procedures and wears protective equipment that may be uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time.

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Senior Air Reserve Technician (ART) Officer with overall supervision and management of either an Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, a Maintenance Squadron, an Equipment Maintenance Squadron or a Component Maintenance Squadron at an Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) unit-equipped or associate unit.

RESPONISIBILITIES:
1. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the squadron. Manages assigned maintenance resources and ensures production meets operational requirements and technical standards. Recommends procedural and technical improvements and modifications.
2. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities to include personnel and position management, equal opportunity, security, and safety. Advises employees regarding policies, procedures and directives of management. Maintains sound positions management practice when determining types and numbers of positions to support the organizational mission.
3. Represents organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Meets with key customers and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, and resolves significant problems that arise.

Primary responsibility is to provide supervision and instruction to 25-30 inmate workers who are assigned the duties of cooks, butchers, bakers, dining and dish workers, vegetable preparation workers, and pot and pan washers.

Provides continual training to the inmate workers in order to update their knowledge in all phases of production, presentation, and sanitation of food items. Oversees the receiving, storing, and issue of all food and non-food items.

Responsible for security operations such as key control, yeast control, knife and blade control, inmate accountability and conducts routine contraband searches throughout the work area.

Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staff's correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and are performed on a regular and recurring basis.

- Installs, repairs or replaces, modifies, loads, and tests new and existing electrical lines, circuits, systems, fixtures, panels, switches, breakers and controls.

- Troubleshoots problem areas and inspects for defective equipment and faulty wiring.

3. Performs crash-rescue and firefighting duties involving air traffic or support operations where hazardous conditions are such that the expectancy for fire is high and potential for becoming destructive is great.
