The role:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior PPC Executive to join our team at Adzuna! The successful candidate will manage and optimise our paid search and paid social campaigns across the 19 markets we operate in, lead on key performance reporting and have a role in and exposure to a range of other marketing channels. This multi-channel role is crucial to driving the success of our marketing efforts and ensuring we meet our business goals.

About you:
Responsibilities:
-Plan, execute and optimise paid search campaigns across Google and Bing platforms across all markets. This will include conducting keyword research, managing bid strategies, ad copy testing, A/B testing and ensuring we are hitting key business KPIs.
-Develop and manage paid social campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. This will include generating new creatives, A/B testing and aligning our advertising against client needs.
-Stay up to date with all of the latest developments within the SEM space to ensure that we are adopting best practices and gaining an edge over our competitors.
-Provide support for other digital marketing activities, including SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns.
-Update and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on campaign performance, budget tracking, and key metrics. Use data to generate actionable insights, informing strategy and campaign adjustments.
-Track spending across campaigns and platforms, making necessary adjustments to stay within allocated budgets.
-Work closely with the broader marketing team to align paid search and social strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Experience
-You have 2+ years of paid search and paid social experience including end-to-end campaign management.
-You have experience managing advertising budgets across multiple platforms
-Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio).
Google Ads certification achieved
-Proficient with Google Analytics 4
-You are comfortable working in a tech product business, and overcoming fresh challenges that are unique to the organisation

-Experience working on international SEM or other performance marketing campaigns.
