Duties & Responsibilities
• Support the adoption of new technology for team operations improvement activities.
• Assist with manpower and asset planning across various business functions and accounts.
• Help assess risks associated with different approaches to process changes.
• Review costs and benefits of current warehouse operations processes.
• Assist in developing and refining operational policies, standards, and procedures.
• Participate in project activities and communicate with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance, Facility, IT, and Operations).
• Support the development of supply chain solutions for clients under guidance.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of innovative logistics solutions.
• Assist in process automation and technology enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures within operations.
• Help track key milestones in technology projects.
• Assist in monitoring requirements and activities to meet stakeholder needs.
• Provide input for workflow analysis and suggest improvements.
• Help identify areas for improvement in supply chain processes.
• Support the evaluation of business process improvements for effectiveness.
• Stay updated on logistics technology trends and identify potential applications.
• Support all company certificate and license renewals, as well as the ISO audit program.
• Provide support to the Malaysia office for project implementation as needed.
Requirements:-
• Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of related experience in Supply Chain
• Experience on new project planning
• Strong knowledge in Supply Chain industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel (VBA), Power Point, Project Plan, Visio & PowerBI)
