Essential Functions

• Navigates through an advanced ERP System in order to successfully execute all daily aspects of the “Inbound & Outbound” inventory operations.
• Creates purchase orders (pallets, airgas etc.)
• Processes all recycle and destruction loads

Critical Projects You Will Lead and/or Participate In:

• Recycling and Scrap Management
  • Lead project to create process to standardize collection and reporting of monthly waste data for all AFNA facilities.
  • Communicate directly to external scrap buyers and haulers to develop standard method of reporting monthly data.
  • Create repeatable process for adding new data to reports.
  • Work with Procurement Systems team to develop Power BI report.
  • Demonstrate the new process and report to Manufacturing Finance and EHS teams.
• Secondary Packaging
  • Collect packaging specifications and run them through TOPS application to assess secondary packaging at a partnered plant.
  • Collect data and utilize TOPS to drive improved efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Optimize TOPS process and create an SOP, so it can be repeated at other plants.

This position is accountable for managing assigned inventories through daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycle counts, annual physical counts, requisitioning replenishments, seeking alternative sources and materials when necessary, maintaining communication with supported customers, monitoring supplies usage, and removing and disposing of obsolete or outdated products.  The IC Analyst organizes and leads staff in conducting periodic inventory counts, adjusts quantities and locations when necessary, and records and reports discrepancies to management.  Is accountable for the implementation of the OU Health Supply Chain Operations strategy under the direction of the Admin Manager, Inventory Control and entity Supply Chain leadership.

Senior Energy Supply Procurement Originator

Origination & Structuring Leads commercial and strategic approach for maximizing value and effectively managing risks associated with PGE’s power supply portfolio. Develops structured proposals for deals involving any combination of energy (electric, gas and services) that provide mid- to long-term strategies for fueling power plants and effectively managing power supply portfolio. Develops models and market strategies to assess economic value and price risks inherent in complex transactions and negotiations across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Wholesale Transmission Portfolio Management - Manages the PGE Merchant wholesale transmission portfolio. Monitors evolving policy arenas - including BPA and WRAP - for changes that could impact PGE's wholesale power portfolio. Supports PGE's WRAP efforts by providing SME assistance and expertise.

• Energy/Risk Management Products and Strategies - Designs, markets and implements structured energy and risk management products and strategies to reduce costs, optimize assets and reduce risks associated with PGE's resource portfolio and wholesale market activities; ensures risks and benefits of structured products are identified, priced and allocated.

The Procurement Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing, reporting, and presenting Procurement metrics, supplier spend, and assist in identifying additional sourcing opportunities.  The Analyst will audit and track compliance of projected savings and report on anomalies found in the process. Senior Procurement Specialist – Third Party Risk & Supplier Engagement Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a background in procurement, with a specific focus on 3rd party engagement and related systems, audit, process improvement, and project execution. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

This role is responsible for Supply Chain’s Supplier Enablement, Supplier Performance and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) programs. PGE has many active suppliers that require oversight, management, communication, compliance and reporting across operational and regulatory areas.

As part of our TPRM program, this role is responsible for tracking, overseeing, and reporting on data elements across numerous risk domains covering financial, contractual, quality, regulatory, safety and technology risks, and setting thresholds for acceptability. This ensures that the organization has and maintains effective oversight, control, and compliance over various operational and regulatory obligations.

From a supplier engagement perspective, this role is responsible for key outreach, adoption, compliance training, and support of our external partners as it relates to our Procure-to-Pay risk management processes, including triage and support of issues as they may arise. This ensures timely, efficient, and cost-effective transactional interaction with our supply base across all lines of business.

Finally, supplier performance management responsibilities of this role include identifying, segmenting, coordinating, collecting, and reporting on supplier performance results across numerous supplier segments and lines of business.
