We are seeking an experienced Geospatial Specialist to join our Modelling and Simulation (M&S) practice, which aims at spurring innovative geospatial systems and solutions for Whole-of-Government (WoG). M&S Cluster is currently leading Technology Transformation and Digitalisation effort using GIS in partnership with agencies technical team, IHLs and industry partners.

As a GIS Specialist, you will collaborate with a team of talented GIS architects and consultants who are passionate about emerging technologies, and the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to drive WoG geospatial projects. This role includes managing the entire project lifecycle from strategic planning to technical activities, including undertaking the requisite transformational and change management efforts to ensure a successful implementation.

• Provide Geospatial IT Consulting Services to government agencies, including:

The Research Fellow (RF) will design studies and conduct research testing the efficacy of a newly-developed music-based Brain Computer Interface (BCI) for emotion regulation in listeners. She/he will work in a multi-disciplinary team to 1) conduct R&D of our automatic music generation systems for affective music generation, and 2) help test the efficacy of a music generation system paired with a BCI for emotion regulation in healthy as well as neurological and/or mental health patients. This position is part of an exciting large-scale (multi-research team) project that aims to create a holistic BCI solution for the restoration and enhancement of brain functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user studies and experiment interfaces to test the efficacy of an affective music generation system paired with a BCI.
• Explore solutions for music and BCI-driven therapy for mental health (depression, anxiety).
• Conduct pilot trials of an EEG-based musical BCI
• Conduct data analysis, perform statistics, and interpret the users’ behavioral and neural signals.
• Prepare manuscripts and publish in high-impact journals and conferences.
• Assist in supervising research staff and students.
• Participate in IRB applications and report writing.
• If candidate’s background allows: Co-develop novel algorithms for our BCI system for emotion regulation, modify code for automatic music generation algorithms for greater efficacy.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Cognitive Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Music Information Retrieval (MIR), Psychology, or related disciplines
• Significant experience with experimental design, quantitative analysis, and statistics
• Strong publication track record
• Programming experience
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Some knowledge of music / music theory is strongly desired
• Computational neuroscience and neuroimaging (e.g., EEG) experience a strong plus
• Experience with algorithmic music or automatic music generation is advantageous

Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the execution of all campus graduate training programs and skilling initiatives in both Singapore and Malaysia. • Collaborate with support functions such as TSC and TAG to establish a pipeline for annual graduate hires, working closely with these teams to forecast and strategize graduate recruitment.
• Partner with business leaders in the region to identify skill development needs (S2D, S2R, and S2C), leading cross-functional teams in evaluating, planning, and executing learning and development strategies to address learning requirements in Singapore and Malaysia.

• Analyze and promptly report feedback in terms of L1, L2, and L3 from programs/initiatives to the Solutions team and consultants.
• Liaise with external vendors for execution of Programs / initiatives (facilitator schedules)
• Monitor and ensure adherence to the Vendor engagement in terms of delivery and quality

While Learning delivery is the primary responsibility of the role, candidate will also be responsible for engaging and managing relationships with all business practices in their geo and work with local leaders to understand their business/learning needs. Job Description：

1. Works with the front-end design team to complete the chip floorplan , clock architecture, and powerplan .

2. Takes charge of the physical design tasks from the Netlist to the GDSII, including P&R, formal verification, static timing analysis, physical verification, power analysis, design for reliability and tapeout.

3. Researches the physical design methodology of advanced process nodes, and builds an automatic physical design platform.

Position Requirements:

1. Holds a bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, microelectronics, or computer science.
