Job Description

1. Reponsible for Formulating, publishing, and implementing the company's operating rules and regulations; Develop standarized and normalized workflows.

2. Manage and coordinate the work between various departments to ensure the overall functionality of the company's operating system, and report major issues to the General Manager for resolution

3. Lead the overall design plan of the company's operating system, responsible for the company's budget plan, and organize its implementation after approval.

4. Conduct comprenhensive ananalysis of the company's business objectives to provide a basis for managmenet decisions, regularly assess the company's operating risks, and take effective measures to prevent them.

5. Responsible for overall operations, HR managment, administration and other related tasks.

Job Requirement

1. Master's degree or above, major in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, etc; Having a composite educational background is preferred.

2. More than 7 years of managment experience, able to mine root causes based on historical data and propose business improvement suggestions.

3. Having managment experience in large multinational trading companies with an International perspective.

4. Having rich experience in budget management and having a coordinated planning mindst for company operations and funds

5. Proficient in using Excel and PPT

6. Billigual in Chines and English, good communication and proficient

knowledge in understanding the methdology of business in large Chinese multinational corporations.

Job Description：

1. Works with the front-end design team to complete the chip floorplan , clock architecture, and powerplan .

2. Takes charge of the physical design tasks from the Netlist to the GDSII, including P&R, formal verification, static timing analysis, physical verification, power analysis, design for reliability and tapeout.

3. Researches the physical design methodology of advanced process nodes, and builds an automatic physical design platform.

Position Requirements:

1. Holds a bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, microelectronics, or computer science.

2. At least 5 years of work experience in the digital backend design field. Hands-on project experience is required. Tapeout experience at advanced technology is prefered. ( for excellect junior candidates with 3+ years experience will be considerated )

3. Those with experience in TCL , Perl or Python script development and familiar with EDA tool design will be plus.

4. Strong communication ability, good confidence and self-movitation.

5. Bilingual and with good teamwork spirit.

We are actively looking for a professional Chief Financial Officer to steer our financial strategy and drive the financial success in SEA region.

The Responsibilities:

· Direct and oversee all aspects of the SEA finance function, including financial planning, accounting, tax, treasury, and internal audit.

· Collaborate with regional and global leadership to formulate and execute growth strategies for SEA market ensuring financial alignment and profitability.

· Develop and implement the company's financial risk control plan to ensure effective control of the company's financial risks.

· Responsible for Company SEA capital operations,lead negotiations and investments, collaborate with various stakeholders including banks,investors,securities firms for budget and financing.

· Complete other financial tasks and assignments authorized by the company's board of directors and CEO.

Requirement:

· Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, auditing or related disciplines.

· 8-10 years hands-on experience in Banking and Securities industry,proficient knowledge in banking-related products in terms of cross-border payments, foreign exchange management as well as long and short-term financing instruments.

· Understanding of corporate governance and equity structure, with strong ability in formulating corporate financial strategies.

· Strong risk awareness, able to understand and address complex financial risks.

· Excellent communication,good teamwork skills, capable of effective management and negotiation with financial professionals both internally and externally.

· Experience in investment of Semiconductor related industry desirable.
