Description Business Process Analyst Sydney CBD Permanent, Full-Time $110,000-$130,000 About the opportunity: Are you passionate about enhancing business processes, driving innovation, and contributing to technological change? Join our team in a newly established role as a Business Process Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in defining, documenting, assessing, and streamlining business processes within the Finance and Accounting department. Key Responsibilities: Review existing finance, accounting and related business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, with a focus on reducing manual work and processing times Drive technological change and innovation across the finance, accounting, and business operations functions Assist with administration of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and other time charging and asset management systems Seek out innovation and system improvements across within the finance and accounting function and across the broader business operations Conduct business research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current systems Implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system upgrades and processes Implement and document changes to facilitate improved systems and control Develop reports to capture key performance statistics and financial data to support operations Liaise, train and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Requirements You will hold tertiary qualifications in Accounting You will ideally hold or have commenced CA/CPA qualifications You will ideally hold a Certificate IV Project Management and experience in change management You will ideally have 3+ years’ experience in systems accounting roles You will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel (including VBA), and strong SQL skills (MS SQL server, SSRS) Experience with MS Dynamics, MS Business Central, Netsuite, Adaptive Insights and cloud based solution management is advantageous You will have high-level written and oral communication skills You will have the ability to identify areas for improvement and offer innovative solutions Benefits A competitive salary in the range of $110,000-$130,000, plus superannuation, dependent on your previous experience and qualifications Company provided laptop Salary continuance, life insurance and annual discretionary bonus subject to eligibility criteria How to Apply: To be considered for this position, please submit a covering letter addressing the criteria mentioned above and your resume via our website by 31 January 2024.
