As the facility Manager, you will manage the effective delivery of priorities of service, budgetsand plans for the Branch cleaning Strategy and Targets. The execution of this role will includeoversight of the day-to-day operations of the specific Resources Sector contracts, setting andmanaging standards and performance expectations to ensure the effective, efficient,compliant, and safe operation.
You will be a vital member of the operations team reporting to the Branch Manager. This role isa key 'Resources customer liaison position' and as such is responsible for the establishmentand maintenance of a 'customer first' branch operational approach and mind-set, ensuring themanagement and delivery of customer contractual requirements.
Safety and compliance are of highest importance, so the oversight of this role is to ensure staffare appropriately trained and managed to the levels expected. In this position you will ensureall mining related freight is received, documented, handled, and loaded in the correct manner.It is also key responsibility of this function ensuring that you Plan operational and workforcechanges on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure annual budgets are achieved together withsustainability in the highest standards of safety, environmental performance, and customerservice. You will also link overall branch profitability goals and performance standards with thedirect achievement of branch operational results.
Other critical areas such as Lead the branch by putting the 'customer first' and establishingand enhancing a cross functional collaborative approach also fall under the responsibility ofthis role
