Job Title: Branch Manager – Yate Branch

Responsible for: Branch Staff
Hours of work: 8.00am – 5.30pm

Job Summary:
Responsible for motivating and management of staff
To achieve Sales and Expenditure budgets
To provide support to the Director
Uphold the professional image of the Company at all times
Management:
Management, selection, training of staff and disciplinary matters
Responsible for Health and Safety and Right to Work documentation
Ensure smooth running of administration, consultancy and staff levels
Sales:
Investigate and develop potential new markets, sectors and cliental
Working towards pre agreed sales and expenditure budgets
Regular face to face meetings with major clients and regular contact with existing clients
Proven track record in increasing sales revenue
Promote cross branch activities
Providing Monthly Sales Reports
Negotiation and agreement of contracts some which may require special terms
Ensure regular Telemarketing and Marketing campaigns using media where required
Prime Duties and Responsibilities:
Promote E.S.S. Employment to clients and candidates in a professional manner at all times
Able to manage / prioritise workload in fast moving environment
Ensure advertising is carried out as and when necessary with features that are professionally typeset
To assist with permanent and temporary staff planning and booking.
Good social media skills – Facebook, LinkedIn, etc
Ensure calibre of candidates shortlisted meet the required criteria
Continual review of IT Systems, database, spreadsheets, etc ensuring all data kept up to date
Liaise with job centres, schools, etc for Open Days and Advertising.
To assist Board of Directors in special projects and support as and when required
Person Specification:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the temporary and permanent recruitment agency sector
Experience of office and industrial / engineering recruitment
Proven people management skills
Knowledge of working within the BS postcode area - Bristol area
Achievements:
Working with a temporary and permanent desk regularly achieving required sales budgets
Knowledge and Skills:
Computer literate Microsoft 365
People person
Good general knowledge of legislation – GDPR, RTW, AWR, NLW, holiday pay and payroll, etc
Numerate – be able to understand budgets
Personal Qualities:
365 recruiter
Able to communicate with candidates of all levels.

Qualifications:
5 GCSE’s including English and Mathematics
2 “A” Levels or equivalent
Degree or Recruitment qualification (desirable)
Availability of own transport essential
