Job Description
1. Drafting of LO for bilateral loans for CBDI and CBDII, and printing LO and related documents for CBDI, CBDII and CBU after LO approved by RMD.
2. Assist in maintaining a covenant tracking register based on list provided by RMD, sending weekly reminder to RMs.
3. Acting as Middle Office checker for bilateral loan disbursement and repayment transaction in CCMS.
4. Acting as maker for Middle Office first tier reviewer of credit segmentation and adjustment in CCMS Total Credit Management Module.
5. Acting as GSP user administrator for user and customer management.
6.Handling legacy bad debt issues, mainly including raising bad debt recovered form for the written-off accounts not transferred to RMD and RBD.
7. Acting as B role for Middle Office GRMS collateral approval and C role for CCMS approval path setting GRMS.
8. Managing templates in accordance with LCD instructions, including CBD GLO template, security deed, corporate guarantee, personal guarantee, charge over deposit, letter of set-off, SBLC, GTC governing banking facilities etc.
9. Deal with Corporate customers related data or analysis.
Job Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above
2. Relevant work experience: 1 year or more of credit related experience, front-office corporate banking experience is preferred.
3. Have strong analytical skills, communication and coordination skills.
4. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese language both in spoken and written form so as to communicate with Chinese counterparts.
