GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This role is for a senior Business Engineer. Responsibility includes driving the overall requirement engineering – analysing and detailing the business requirements, data mapping & data migration across systems and the downstream impact.
KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION
Functional
· The role will primarily focus on analysis of business requirements to understand the functional and system impact and documentation of functional specification or user stories, data mapping, migration, and any downstream impact
· Recommend functional solutions based on the understanding of Business requirements
· Work with the Product owner, Dev and Testing teams for requirement clarification, functional solution, and data mapping
· Provide support during the testing phases for any requirement / functional clarifications and defect analysis
· Closely work with Product owner & users during the UAT and drive the requirement discussions with product vendors as well when needed
· Expertise in Private Banking & Wealth Management domain
· Working experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban
· Stakeholder management and requirement management to ensure no ambiguity in requirements and impact analysis
· Change log is properly documented and escalated to project leads

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
Professional and Technical
· Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in requirement engineering
· Experience in Private Banking & Wealth Management domain
· Expertise in Core Banking (Temenos T24) and Pricing domain in particular
· Deep understanding of the financial products (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, Treasury etc.)
· Proven experience in Leading requirement analysis, impact analysis for large complex project
· Working experience of SDLC and Agile methodology

· Good written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
