Key Responsibilities:
- Branding: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication efforts. Execute day-to-day branding updates on Internal channels.
- Communication Campaigns: Design and execute email campaigns, manage mailing lists, and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement.
- Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Client visits: Support with client visits (communications, invites, handouts, presentations, videos etc.)
- Content Creation & Management: Produce high-quality content for digital platforms, social media, websites, newsletters, press releases, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
- Knowledge of MS Suite (MS PPT, MS Excel, MS Word) to enhance visuals
- Experience in video content production.
- Self-driven with ability to raise risk on timely manner, drive tasks on timely / on quality / on budget and reliable at all time.
- Strong attention to details and thriving for perfection (Content, ready to be a part of Client facing team)
- Can gather requirement, propose solutions then deploy directly from senior management.
- Capability to learn understanding of the context, Business, understand key objectives and actively support to deliver towards them
- Resourceful with capability to propose solutions within expertise area (Marketing & Communication).
