Job Description

• Ensure On-boarding KYC, KYC on customers’ account maintenance and periodic. KYC review documents are appropriate, sufficient and the completeness of customers’ documents are in accordance to the AML standard set by the bank.

• Perform validation on transaction reviews and be able to identify any

abnormal transactions during KYC review.

• Ensure proper tracking and documentation of all KYCs conducted for

customers and reviews are completed timely as per AML requirements.

• Partner with Business unit and work closely with Compliance when

performing due diligence checks on customers.

• Initiate STR filing if any suspicious activity is uncovered during KYC

checking and reviewing on a timely basis.

• Organize regular AML training for business units to promote compliance awareness and updates on regulatory requirements

• Assist to streamline KYC processes and propose solutions to LCD for future revisions.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the AML/KYC/CDD related functions in Corporate Banking / Commercial Banking.

• Keep a good in-depth knowledge and understanding of current AML/CFT regulation and KYC procedures.

• Self-motivated, meticulous and able to multi-task.

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Computer literacy essential in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Able to work both independently and as a team

• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese language both in spoken and written form so as to communicate with Chinese counterparts.

Job Description

1. Partner with Relationship Management and Compliance teams to assist with the preparation, development, due diligence and approval of the electronic Know Your Client (KYC) record and supporting appendices.

2. Review of account opening documentations to ensure completeness including supporting KYC / Constitutional documents for new and existing accounts.

3. Create and maintain KYC records by obtaining information from internal and external sources (firm website, regulatory websites, etc.).

4. Partner with Relationship Management and Compliance teams to update system information from initiation to approval of KYC record and report workflow progress to supervisor.

5. Validate the information within KYC records and Customer documents to ensure completion and accuracy.

6. Communicate with stakeholders any documentation deficiencies, and ensure KYC and account opening complying with regulatory standards and the Bank’s guidelines.

- Be the administrator of Financial Museum of the Branch. Responsible for day-to-day

management, maintenance and updates for the content of the exhibits, management of the

system, hardware and software equipment, as well as maintaining contact with suppliers.

- Responsible for the organization of donations and charity events of the branch, collating

relevant materials for and drafting the annual social responsibility report.

- Responsible for media-buy agency management, including pitching, daily management and

post-service evaluation of media agent of the branch.

- Assist in the advertising management of the bank, take charge of advertising projects led by

Admin Department, including project proposals, advertising designs, implementation and post-

project evaluation.

- Chinese & English bilingual translation for internal documents & minutes, as well as publicity

JobRequirement

- Min Degree in Events Management, Brand & Marketing or related discipline

- Background in Corporate Brand Building, Event Organize, Media related working experience or

- At least 5-10 years of Chinese Press releases writing, brand management experience, or other

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for maintaining and expanding customers industry with Chinese background or Chinese element under the responsibility of the team, explore potential business opportunities, and provide good customer relationship management and financial services to existing or potential industry target customers. Work content including but not limited to understand customer needs, applying the right product mix, formulate marketing plan, organize and implement the marketing service, complete all required internal processes including system work (such as preparing term sheet, credit proposals and credit review, implementation of the credit terms and conditions, servicing of client's day-to-day needs, operate in business systems, etc.).

Based on Singapore Branch's customers' demands and the local industry competition, timely propose new product requirements, assist in developing new business products for the company, implement innovation-driven strategies, and expand sources of revenue.

5. Carry out proactive risk control of credit business, undertake risk prevention work including credit risk, operational risk, compliance and anti-money laundering risk, and complete post-loan management and KYC; concurrently conduct regular or irregular customer visits are made to collect and analyse the business information of Agricultural, Natural & Mining industry and customers in the market, analyse and judge the changes of customers' credit status, and strengthen credit risk management.
