The Operations Quality Analyst (Operations Analyst) provides a wide range of quality systems, administrative, database management, operational, and training duties. This position supports both the case management and court services teams and reports to the Quality Management Supervisor.

Responsibilities of the Operations Quality Analyst (Operations Analyst) include, but are not limited to:

• Information Management and Documentation: Design, develop, document, deploy, maintain, and support technology-based solutions to modernize and integrate the processes and systems for file and data management, work distribution, quality assurance, and statistical reporting. Participate in developing, writing, and revising of policies, processes, procedures, guides, manuals, forms, reports, and other documents in support of court operations. Ensure all applicable electronic and paper documents, guides, manuals, and forms are kept up to date.
• System Integration: Research, evaluate, and recommend integration solutions, equipment, and technologies based on Clerk's Office needs and to enhance operations, while integrating operations with more macro level court-wide initiatives. Work with staff to identify Clerk's Office system user requirements and gather and analyze data to determine system requirements. Develop, facilitate, and lead work and project teams and plans for systems integration tasks. Collaborate with court technical staff and contractors on developing, enhancing, evaluating, testing, and implementing automated solutions for quality systems within the Clerk's Office, including gathering and presenting operational requirements. As a Industrial Hygienist you will:

• Provide expert advice in industrial hygiene for NIOSH with responsibility for developing policy and objectives, coordinating responses to disasters and initiating requirements for the elimination or control of industrial environmental health hazards at their source. Identify gaps in knowledge on how to protect the health and safety of workers impacted by public health threats and support the development of research and other activities to narrow those gaps. • Review and make recommendations in the area of emergency preparedness and response on classified information, reports, or briefs on chemical, radiation, and biological terrorism; release of the information could seriously damage national security. Main Purpose of the Role

To have overall responsibility for internal quality assurance of provision within the area of responsibility. To implement and support monitoring and applying compliance with SCL’s Gold Standards. To maintain and improve SCL’s quality certifications and direct claim status. This will include leading and supporting inspections and audits conducted by external agencies and to support the self-assessment process to promote quality improvement across all divisions.

Key Responsibilities

The IQA will lead in the delivery and assessment of high-quality learning and qualifications for learners and drive robust IQA processes for Study programmes. The IQA will ensure learners achieve their planned learning aim and make progression. The IQA will work with SCL’s Director of Quality, National Quality Manager and Quality Improvement team to ensure the wider SCL quality strategy is implemented. The IQA will manage and collect feedback from learners on programme and monitor quality of delivery within the programmes on offer and report changes in quality and compliance on trends on the learner journey to the National Quality Manager.
