Performs a wide range of warehousing activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping a variety of supplies, materials, equipment, and resale merchandise. 1. Operates gas and/or diesel-powered tractor drawn and tractor powered mowing equipment, including back-hoe, front-end loader, fairway mower, rough mower, a gang real mower, off-set counter-balanced rotary mower, aerator, fertilizer spreader and rod cutter on level or rolling terrain.

2. Operates a dump truck and other types of heavy-duty equipment, such as brush hog, rotary mowers, trim mowers, greens mowers, collar mowers, tee mowers, aerators, plows, chippers, diggers, and backhoes needed to do daily maintenance, make special repairs, and to do pruning, trimming or planting.
