As the Civil Engineer in this position, you will:

• Conduct engineering analysis by performing and coordinating technical planning activities, data collection that includes validation and management, modeling and data analysis, analysis of site location and conditions, risk estimation and analysis, and analysis of instrumentation data.
• Provide oversight of on-site construction work, including inspection and acceptance of work performed by a contractor.

• Conduct detail reviews, analysis, and evaluation of Special Forces training, education, and operational requirements to determine the short- and long-range impact on SF training requirements.
• Develop Course Administrative Data (CAD), Programs of Instruction (POI), Individual Training Plan (ITP), Course Management Plan, and Individual Student Assessment Plan (ISAP) for assigned programs.
• Design and develop training courses requiring the establishment of instructional design and development criteria through the analysis of educational or instructional problems or questions.
• Develop special projects designed to improve procedures, respond to a general tasking, answer internal, external, and higher headquarters inquiries, or correct a deficiency affecting several organizational units.
• Negotiate with other staffs, directorates, and departments to accept and implement recommendations that have a substantial effect on the long training range and resources requirements.
