Role Description

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Support business operations by building a candidate pipeline and participating in sourcing activities for open positions.
- Oversee the full spectrum of hiring and onboarding activities, including system setup, new hire induction, and maintaining the employee database.
- Contribute to the development of a winning HR team by ensuring efficient data management and supporting HR reporting requests.
- Provide direct support to employees in implementing HR services, policies, and programs while ensuring compliance.
- Assist with administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
Trainee Learning Objectives:
- Gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and building a candidate pipeline.
- Learn professional engagement techniques for interacting with employees and stakeholders.
- Understand the interdependencies of HR processes and the development of HR policies.
- Experience working with Human Resources Systems, including database management and record keeping.
- Get exposure to various HR functions, including the implementation of training programs and facilitation of continuous dialogue for managers.
- Receive practical experience in career development planning.
Know-how and Competency Requirements
Minimum Relevant Experience:
- No prior experience required; however, internship or relevant part-time work experience in HR or related fields is a plus.
Minimum Academic Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
