The Deputy Network Director (DND) will serve as the alter ego to the Network Director (ND). As such, the DND directs highly complex healthcare delivery programs that involve major policy development of mission essential functions of VHA, which impacts the national economy. The DND oversees day-to-day operations of the VISN to ensuring oversight and integration of the functioning of the medical centers and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC).

The assigned duties require extensive knowledge of quality assessment, survey instruments and techniques. The Assistant Section Chief is responsible for managing Provider schedules and leave. This person is responsible for Provider onboarding, education and training. As the Cyber Claims and Coverage Leader for the Aon Cyber Solutions – Asia Pacific team, you will help empower results for our clients by helping them prepare for, respond to, and recover from cyber events.
This will be achieved by supporting clients throughout the cyber incident lifecycle to minimise loss and expediate claims outcomes, including managing complex coverage issues.
This role can be based in any of Aon’s main office hubs and report directly to the Head of Cyber Solutions for Asia Pacific.
This is a strategically critical client role for the Cyber Solutions business and a high-visibility position; you will be leading claims and coverage engagement in Asia Pacific, and as such, will become well known to the leadership and client-facing communities.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• 8 years of direct experience in the cyber and risk industry.
• 5 years of direct experience in cyber incident management or claims services.
• Legal degree preferred.
• Ability to anticipate and respond to changing priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, demand-based environment, requiring flexibility and responsiveness to client needs.
• Must be able to work collaboratively across teams and geographies.
• Comfort with intermittent periods of travel; evening and weekend hours.
• Exceptional work ethic; high level of professionalism and adherence to ethical standards.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, plus attention to detail.
• Substantial engagement with key stakeholders that will be critical to successful business development efforts including insurers, law firms, vendors, and clients.
• Previous experience operating in the Asia Pacific region.

• Manage relationship with existing and potential clients to develop new opportunities and advance organisation’s business interests.
• Business development experience in the contract market with high-end architects, consultants and end-user clients.
• Take charge of client acquisition and create new business opportunities to maintain the company’s relevance and competitive edge.
• Conduct the necessary market analysis to identify potential working partners for targeted projects.
• Communicate with the potential clients, consulting firms etc. to collect the information of targeted projects.
• To perform market research and identify prospective local projects leads.
• Resourceful and possess good market intelligence on potential upcoming projects.
• Conversant with local authorities’ requirements and engineering standards.
• Good working knowledge of general construction, especially in large and heavy civil engineering project.
