The Role

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role within the facility management industry.
• Electrical background (e.g. City & Guild 236, 2330 or any equivalent qualification)
• Previous HV experience (IS A MUST)
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and facility management best practices.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to facility management.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in facility management or a related field are desirable.

Package

• Salary: £36,000 Per Annum
• Min 2 years building services maintenance experience in commercial office environments

Duties

• Draining/Flushing
• Servicing TMVs, Cooling Towers, and general kitchen, bathroom plumbing appliances
• Fixing leaks
• Replacing faulty pipes
• Fault finding and maintaining hold/cold water plant systems
• Water sampling in compliance with L8 regulations
• Changing taps
• Cleaning/changing filters
• unblocking toilets, fixing flushes
• Minor patch repairs

Requirements

• Full UK drivers license
• Min. NVQ Level 2 Plumbing Studies/Plumbing & Heating
• Building services plumbing maintenance experience
