YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:

Deliver F&B service of a high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.

Develop departmental standards and procedures to promote sales and beverage creativity and profit.

Delivers daily briefings and attends other food and beverage meetings as scheduled.

Prepares for service by ensuring the departments equipment are clean, outlet is ready for service and guest comfort.

Carries out effective service by ensuring all staffs are aware of their roles and responsibilities.

Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints and concerns.

Train food and beverage assistant in basic beverage knowledge and beverage service.

Complete spillage report and submit to line manager at the conclusion of each shift.

Assist F&B manager to source and review entertainment as appropriate.

Design promotional material which is aimed at increasing revenue, covers and profit for bar with the approval of line manager.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

Previous experience within a similar role within a hotel environment

Strong background in food and beverage outlets, restaurants.

Strong communicator and team management skills

Organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving, and demanding environment

The Finance Manager will maintain all effective controls and be responsible for the timely completion of the management reporting for the hotel, in accordance with objectives set by the Finance Controller, including, Month End, Balance Sheets, VAT Return, Cash Flow and Audits

Duties and Responsibilities:


Ensure the month end P&L is produced on time, with all accounts accurately viewed and reconciled to ensure that accurate reflection of the Hotel true financial results.
Reconcile all Balance Sheet Accounts monthly
Liaise and co -operate with both internal audit and all External audit bodies.
Ensuring that an effective program of on property audit is in place
Assist in the preparation of Budgets, Forecasts and Call Over’s
Review management information, financial operational controls & processes


Skills & Experience:


Finance Qualification: CIMA, ACCA or AAT (or equivalent)
Ideally having worked in a similar accounting role
A person with hunger to progress, energetic, persistent and an inquisitive mind.
IT skills include MS Excel and MS word.

Monitor all front office financial operations, including group billing, verifying rates/discounts, daily sales reconciliation, petty cash, and room inventory controls.

Maintenance Manager duties will include:


Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operation of the hotel's physical infrastructure.
Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
Oversee all maintenance activities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel standards.
Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.

ROLE OVERVIEW (maternity cover):

This exciting role will play a pivotal part in the launch and execution of a new lifestyle brand, delivering ‘brilliantly considered stays’ across 10 locations in Europe.

Working under the direction of the Marketing Director, we are looking for a passionate and strong Senior Marketing Manager to help lead the marketing team, coordinating the launch plan of the brand, the individual hotels, and their F&B outlets.

This is a unique position in shaping the launch of a brand from scratch.

You will develop the programming and partnerships for each hotel alongside the dedicated local and global PR agencies and will ensure Miiro’s objectives and goals are developed and implemented.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MARKETING & BRAND STRATEGY

Marketing Strategy: To guarantee success in this role, the candidate needs to have a good understanding of how to develop, execute and deliver a strategic marketing plan for the launch of the brand, individual hotels, and the respective food and beverage outlets. You will help to develop marketing campaigns and initiatives, creating budgets and timelines, and coordinate with the internal teams to ensure successful implementation. You will need to have a self-directed drive to seize opportunities for commercial growth.

Brand: Be a brand ambassador for Miiro as well as a strong leader who embodies our values and commitment to our team. Ensure that when executing our marketing strategy, all channels have brand consistency, are aligned in achieving ROI and raise awareness of the brand, hotels, and F&B outlets.

Collaborate with internal teams: Working closely with the individual hotel teams – sales, revenue management and operations to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.

PROGRAMMING & PARTNERSHIPS

Partnerships: Proactively suggest new promotions and partnerships for F&B outlets and the hotel. Manage F&B calendar of events and promotions plus analyse and report on campaign performance. Oversee photoshoots.

Programming: Plan and execute a range of events across the brand pillars, providing opportunities for data capture and database building. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales tools that support the programme and content strategy.

Evaluate and present new opportunities across existing and emerging digital platforms for collaborative campaigns.

DIGITAL & SOCIAL MARKETING

Working closely with the Director of Marketing to creatively approach the design and delivery of strategic campaigns, including creative development, social media, email marketing, paid advertising and website landing pages.

Website: Manage and maintain the websites, ensuring all content is optimised to meet business objectives.

E-Marketing: Oversee the newsletter calendar, producing engaging content for maximum return.

Social Media Management: Help to manage social media channels and plan relevant content for each hotel and the overarching brand, together with the agencies and in accordance with brand guidelines. Assist in increasing engagement, followers and brand awareness.

Reporting & Analysis: Demonstrate solid ability to report on web and digital activities alongside strategic recommendations.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:


Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience in F&B marketing (restaurants and bars).
Fluent in English and French.
Solid attention to detail and time management skills.
Strong written and communication skills.
Analytical approach to problem solving.
Knowledge of reporting tools like Google Analytics, plus design programmes like Indesign and Photoshop.
Demonstrates self-confidence, energy, passion and the ability to motivate others.

About The Role


Provide a great guest experience by enabling a smooth arrival and departure experience including rooming and delivering luggage.
To be fully conversant with the facilities, services and special promotions offered by the hotel and to pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises to maximise hotel sales.
To ensure that you are aware of hotel availability and take every opportunity to maximise room sales. Increase room revenue by supervising effectiveness of room category upselling.
To anticipate guest needs, act upon and follow up guest requests and deliver a level of service and responsiveness that generates compliments.
Ensure that all charges are correctly posted to the guest’s bills following the standard procedures.
Deal with cash, cheque, and credit transactions in accordance with the hotel and company policy, and to ensure that any discrepancies are reported immediately.
Ensure all messages received for guests are passed on accurately and as quickly as possible.
Carry out security checks at regular intervals with special emphasis on security, fire and safety.
Check hotel guests in and out and assist with luggage when required.

YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:


To assist in the management all aspects of the Front Office (for example guest registration, concierge/porter services, business centre, telephone services and guest reservations) to deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.
To Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work and establish performance and development goals for team members
Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance
To ensure staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipment to carry out their duties
To ensure that your team are developed to provide a hospitable service in line with the operating standards and procedures/brand standards.
Develop interactive customer relations and be aware of any possible future requirements, relaying such information and ideas to the Front Office Manager for the enhancement of customer expectation
Be pro-active in getting things done and exceeding expectations of both guests and colleagues where possible
To develop your team to anticipate guest needs, act upon and follow up guest requests and deliver a level of service and responsiveness that generates guest satisfaction.
To actively support other departments and take action when assistance is needed. To ensure that the whole of hotel operations run smoothly from the guest prospective with the main focus on guest services desk and breakfast / evening reception areas.
To have a full understanding of all systems and programmes e.g. MARSHA, Opera, Marriott’s Bonvoy programme.
Perform other duties as assigned


WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:


Minimum 1-2 year’s previous experience of a Supervisory role, from an Internationally recognised brand hotel
Candidates with a strong Front office background are preferred
A good working knowledge of Opera PMS, and MARSHA is desired
Previous work experience in a Marriott Brand is desired

As Guest Relations Manager will have:


Monitor all front office financial operations, including group billing, verifying rates/discounts, daily sales reconciliation, petty cash, and room inventory controls.
Maintain customer service/satisfaction standards, handle customer service issues.
Be involved in the preparation of departmental and hotel budgets as well as any other financial reports if requested.

Key Responsibilities:

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Group Sales Executive , where teamwork and collaboration are key! In this role, you'll work closely with various departments, focusing on converting and handling incoming inquiries. Upselling on existing business (F&B, upgrades, M&E services)


Supporting SM & DOS: The position will assist with:

Monitoring enquiry funnels, generating reports, and tracking tentative bookings
Supporting SM in deploying local tactics and managing a small portfolio of MICE & GROUP agents for new business development


Demand Generation: Using on-site tools, the role will prospect new business from:

CVENT PLANNER and other business development tools
Past/lost business and cross-property business from other Hyatts/Cycas
Market research projects as directed by SM (e.g., prospecting new contacts at local universities)


Platform Management: The role will also update offers on all platforms and listings, manage the local database, and help generate demand from existing channels.

As the Housekeeping Supervisor you will take the ownership of our 102 rooms at Hotel Indigo and 85 suites at Staybridge Suites.

You will work alongside the Housekeeping Manager to ensure smooth operations of the department.
