Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in project management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
· Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

· Track project progress and update project documentation accordingly.
2. Stakeholder Communication:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
· Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
· Facilitate meetings and discussions to resolve project-related challenges.
3. Resource Management:
· Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, equipment, and materials.
· Ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively to achieve project goals.
4. Quality Assurance:
· Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
· Conduct regular quality checks and reviews of project deliverables.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
