Job Description

• Candidate will be esponsible for the programming, design and application promotion of the LED, LCD vdieo wall and AV system

• Embedded Software development and support of modules/subsystems for controllers in accordance with sound engineering practices and processes.

• Architecture analysis and definition, design, implementation tuner, transcoder, display, device driver and the reference application, filed-test and onsite customer support.

• Consult with Business Development and Marketing team on new feature intent, problems and to suggest solutions.

• Prepare and create documents for Engineering Change Request prior to the release of firmware.

• Act as a pre-sale support for our Business Development team in terms of technical support

• Communicate between customers' needs and supplier to fulfil requirements.

Job Requirement

• Preferablyr Executive specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent

• Working experience in the related field (at least 2 years & especially LED Video Wall and AV system )

• Ability to communicate with relevant people to execute work

• Excellent teamwork skills

• Proefficient in Chinese will be an advantage as our suppliers are mostly from China

Job Description:

· Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP projects.

· Perform quantity take-offs for materials and labour required for MEP installations Assist in the preparation and submission of tender and contract documents

· Preparation and submission of progress payment claims and variation orders

· Attendance of site meeting and liaise with the cost consultant

· Evaluation and certification of supplier and subcontractor's claims

· Finalization and closing out of project accounts

· Estimation of quantities, evaluation and cost comparison of sub-contractors quotations

· Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout project lifecycle.

· Assist in the preparation of tender documents and participate in the procurement process.

· Administer and manage contracts related to MEP works, including variations and claims.

· Identify opportunities for value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.

· Identify and assess potential risks to cost and contract issues.

· Responsible for the compliance to safety & occupational health practices to be implemented in the Contracts Section.

Job Requirement:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying

· At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Singapore M&E Industry

• Diagnosing and isolating faults, communicating with customers about the cause of the issues, and outlining corrective actions.

Job Description:

• Responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedure to project manager.
• Responsible in overseeing drawing management and make sure the updated drawings to the clients and subcontractor are issued.
• Assist the project manager or senior project engineer in coordinate with related consultant and quantity surveyor on the change order issued
• Coordinate and work closely with safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulation are complied.
