The new-build 184-room Courtyard London City Airport is managed by Cycas Hospitality and is Cycas’s first property under the Courtyard by Marriott brand. Your new company
You will be joining an ever-growing finance team within an established hotel group based in the City of London. Supported by the Cluster Revenue Manager, you will be joining a global hospitality group with a unique heritage and strong customer-first culture.
Your new role
Reporting to the Cluster Revenue Manager, you will support the Accounts Receivable team to achieve company objectives and exceed team targets. The primary focus of this role will be to drive new revenue strategies in order to maximise market share. You'll be responsible for the hotel rates strategies, developing new revenue streams, and support the hospitality revenue within the hotel. You'll be responsible for reviewing and achieving monthly budget targets, and overseeing the Accounts Receivable team, monitoring billings and credit control.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed and excel in this position, you will need a passion for Revenue Management, with experience working in the hospitality or leisure sector, previous experience within a hotel/group is highly desirable. A strong application will demonstrate a track record of building positive relationships with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. A strong understanding of Excel and the desire to learn and grow are highly desirable.
What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive a salary of up to £50,000 dependent on previous experience + benefits + a flexible hybrid policy post-probation.
