Each PES sector will gain valuable support from a Paramedic Learning Facilitator, who will report to the Sector Manager and work as an integral part of the Sector management team, supporting, evaluating and improving the learner and mentor/practice educator experience within the Sector. Paramedic Learning Facilitators will spend 70% of their time working operational shifts with identified learners on a double crewed ambulance (DCA). The role will not follow a fixed rota and will have the flexibility to determine the required working pattern to meet the needs of learners, recognising that different sectors may develop different operating models. They will work closely with rostering teams and the sector management team to plan shifts with learners. The remaining 30% of time (non-operational) will be protected to support individual and sector-based learning activities, working in partnership with the local sector and workforce development teams.



Suitable candidates will be qualified to degree level as a paramedic and will have experience of supporting learners as a practice educator/mentor and have completed a relevant mentoring learner module. Ideally candidates will hold/be working towards relevant teaching/learning qualifications at the point of application, but for the right candidates these will be provided following appointment.

Customer Service Advisor based in Warrington (WA5)

Offering £12.77 per hour, paid weekly - every Friday

Start date: 5th and 27th August 2024

We are recruiting on behalf of our fantastic client based in Warrington, within this role you will be joining an existing team within an inbound customer service department. Full training will be provided!

The Role

• Have a passion and commitment to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction at each customer contact
• To identify and implement process improvements to improve service to the customer and operational performance
• To work in partnership with operations employees at all levels of the organisation to ensure work activities are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Accurately record and process a variety of customer enquiries.
• Diagnose customer issues through detailed questioning and active listening.
• Investigate and interpret data held on a number of different systems.
• Manage customer expectations and set and agree timescales for actions to be performed.
• Promote products in line with marketing input.
• Conduct outbound calls following events and system unavailability.
• Review own performance statistics and take responsibility for personal development.
• Ability to be able to respond to and resolve written customer contacts.

The Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week.

• Monday - Friday; 8am-8pm,
• Saturday; 8am-5pm
• Sunday; Closed
• Working 1 in 4 Saturdays
• 4 week rolling rota.

The Pay: £12.77 per hour

Customer Care Coordinator

A busy House builder have an opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their customer care to deliver the administration process of post-sales completion of defects and release of retentions.

About the role - Customer Care Coordinator

Working from their regional office in Warrington the Customer Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing and delivering the administration process relevant to handover of properties to clients/purchasers. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, your duties will include:

Duties & responsibilities:

• Organise the Customer Care Operatives daily diary, including coordinating works to Open Market and Housing Association properties as and when required.
• Liaise and organise subcontractors/suppliers works on a daily/weekly basis.
• Log and respond to all correspondence that comes into the Customer Care department by phone, letter, email and fax in a timely manner and return any missed calls.
• Record all reported defects onto database and continuously update records/files
• Obtain Daily/Weekly Updates/Feedback from supply chain and internal staff and update system
• Attend Customer Care Team Meetings to report on progress on day to day issues and provide monthly reports
• Schedules to be updated weekly and distributed to Customer Care Manager.
• Obtain and authorise quotes for remedial works, raise subcontractor orders/site instructions via QS, material/plant requisitions and sign off invoices when line manager is not available
• Overseeing logging of out of hours calls received via through their system which are collated first thing every morning and telephone contact made with each customer/resident.
• Updating of all clients on contract schemes for new and on-going issues on a daily/weekly basis.
• Obtaining and maintaining schedule of emergency out of hour's contacts for Manager.
• Weekly contact with new completion customers and programming of any works required.
• Processing Operatives' weekly wages and all contra charges related to works undertaken.

Requirements for the Customer Care Coordinator role

• Good standard of Education with a minimum or equivalent GCSE standard in English and Maths.
• NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or NVQ Level 3 in Customer Care
• Previous experience in a Customer Care orientated role within the Construction industry
• Excellent administration, organisation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work effectively on own initiative and within a team to achieve results
• Excellent interpersonal, time management
• Positive flexible approach to deliver customer satisfaction
