We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our Norwich Branch (NR3)

- Contracted to 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, shifts between 08:00 – 17:00
- Monday to Friday…. No weekend working

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be supporting inward stock deliveries, picking and packing products from our vast product line to complete customer’s orders and ensuring your accuracy on every order to ensure it is right first time.
Our Warehouse Operatives may also support the wider branch team from making deliveries to customers in our van to providing excellent customer service on the trade counter and calling customers with our internal sales team.
As part of this role, 20% of your time will be supporting on delivery of the orders – getting out and about with our customers. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role
Warehouse Operative - Experience & Attributes:
- Hold a Valid In-date Full UK Drivers Licence
- Not have more than 3 points on licence
- Experience within a multi-product warehouse environment (ideally)
- Customer focused, with good communication skills
- To have had experience of working in a fast-paced role, whilst maintaining a consistent eye for detail
- A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure
- An ability to embrace change and new technologies
- Basic IT skills
