About the team
Private Capital Suite team is a group of highly talented and motivated individuals who strive for providing best products for Private Equity domain. Team at Bangalore location is focused working on handling most of the DevOps activity for the product including latest technology like Azure DevOps.
What you will be doing
This position is for Configuration Release Analyst II – Dev-Ops for Private Capital Suite team. You would be responsible for all CI/CS and Dev-Ops activity in the product. You would be required to do communication with business stake holders, technical / product engineering teams, and senior management. You would be working in high quality & client focused environment.
- Interact with Key Stakeholders to understand the Dev-Ops requirements.
- Manage and Build Continuous Integration and Continuous Build process for multiple applications.
- Modernize and automate existing scripts / processes.
- Collaborate well with stake holders, other managers, scrum master / PMO and other team members.
What you bring:
Knowledge / Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Dev-Ops tools and technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience in Jenkins and Ansible.
- Experience in working on maven, npm, bit bucket.
- Good exposure to Linux, tomcat.
- Experience in building CI/CD pipeline for .NET web applications.
- Exposure to Azure Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to contribute to multiple projects / initiatives.
- Proactive, result driven approach and be able to work with stakeholders.
- Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts.

- Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
- Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality documentation. Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
- Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
- Willing to work in Flexible schedule.
- Must be able to perform under pressure.
