Financial due diligence/analysis

• You will be a key member in the execution of financial due diligence, and buy-side advisory engagements with a regional focus, enabling you to be part of cross-border engagements

• Work closely with our clients to support them in their negotiations and discussions with potential investors;

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accountancy; professional accounting qualifications or finance-related discipline
• More than 2 years of relevant experience preferably in the areas of financial due diligence or valuation advisory. Candidates with a foundation in external audit will be considered. Those with more experience will be considered for a more senior position.

Job Description

Reporting to the Associate Director/Director for this business, the role will be responsible for new and existing business development within our client base.

The key measures of success in this role will be (but not limited to):

• Sourcing - be a key point of contact for the internal (HR) talent acquisition needs
• Lead Generation – drive activities, events, meetings for the purpose of networking and generating leads that are commercial important for the business
• Key Account Management – we partner with most top brands with their recruitment needs for the Singapore market so this role will be responsible for managing some of these key relationships
• Team Management – if you are someone with a passion to lead a sales business
• Engagement – use social media, events, cold calling as an engagement tool to drive new business development
• Closing – we are looking for someone with excellent negotiation skills as this role requires an ability to close

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelors’ Degree with at least 6 years experience of having worked in a recruitment company, with minimum 3 years in a people management role would be an advantage
• Passion for a commercial role and what you have done in your career to demonstrate such passion

• Ability to build rapport with C-level executives as business development activity is focused on targeting global/regional leaders from the sector
• Must be proficient in Mandarin as the role will be managing and working directly with mandarin speaking clients from China.

• Assist Managers and teams in key account development
• Lead client presentations / proposals, pitching for PSAs

• Lead in Account Management focus across all Page Personnel disciplines, locations ie build strong relationships
• Driving appropriate activity levels

- People

• Be seen as the “centre of excellence” for day to day recruitment issues
• Communicate team vision and goals
• Provide support, guidance, expertise to managers and consultants
• Manage headcount
• Manager, consultant feedback, training and development needs
• Training of staff + mapping out their career paths

- Support / Business Management

• Ensure that monthly processes / procedures are actioned by Managers
• Develop effective working relationships with Group Services functions

- Marketing / Advertising

• Ensure teams implement / execute annual divisional marketing and advertising plan
• Actively involved in client entertainment, luncheons, seminars, networking forums

- Budgeting / Business Planning

• In conjunction with Director, responsible for putting together annual budget for area of responsibility
• Design a structured business plan & communicate it to the team

- Recruitment / Consulting

• Actively involved in doing senior executive level recruitment assignments, selling retainers, etc
• attend monthly Board meeting as required
• other projects as required by your Director

- Financial

• Year on year revenue / profit performance
• Revenue / profit performance against budget and quarterly reforecasts.
• Cost control
• Level of client paid advertising (print and online)
• Productivity - increasing revenue per fee earner
