Job Requirement

Responsibilities:

• l Develop and execute marketing strategies based on Web3 technology to promote bank credit cards and collaboration models related to cryptocurrencies.
• l Responsible for marketing and promotional activities for bank credit card products, including but not limited to online advertising, social media, event planning, etc.
• l Research and understand market trends and competitors, propose innovative marketing strategies to increase brand exposure and market share.
• l Collaborate closely with business development, product, and technical teams to integrate marketing activities with product features, meeting user and market demands.
• l Monitor and analyze market data and user feedback, adjust and optimize marketing strategies in a timely manner to enhance marketing effectiveness and user satisfaction.

Requirements:

• l Marketing/Business experience in financial institutions and cryptocurrency/Web3 companies, over 3 years.
• l Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with multiple departments to implement marketing activities.
• l Experience in cryptocurrency credit cards/debit cards, stablecoins, payment business, or fiat business preferred.
• l Proficient in English and Mandarin with strong communication skills and writing skills to effectively liaise with client base, stakeholders and counterparts across different regions. Mandarin proficiency is essential to engage our Mandarin-speaking clients and partners in key markets.

Responsibilities:

• l Design, build and refine crypto wallet and conversion/trade features for a fintech payments app
• l Build backend related modules including token and trading pair configs, liquidity management, etc.
• l Track progress and execute on development, testing, launch and operations
• l Follow up with post-launch improvements and bug fixes based on feedback and data

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• To review, implement enhancements, testing and monitor the new application processes of the In-house application processing system
• Conduct credit evaluation and approval of new personal credit card and corporate credit card applications adherence to the Company’s credit policies, risk acceptance criteria, and regulatory requirements
• Liaise and work with other business units to ensure a seamless process flow for credit applications

• Develop and execute non-sales channel customer acquisition strategies/ plans for DCS products and services to grow the respective targeted customer segments/ bases.
• Develop and execute strategies/ plans to grow insurance revenue by exploring additional insurance product partnership.
• Implement frictionless onboarding application for DCS products and services based on the advancement of technology and digitalization, ie virtual card issuance, instant/ same-day application status, digital/ e-signature, leveraging on S’pore - MyInfo, Credit Bureau etc
• Plan and execute monthly lead extraction for insurance partners
• Success in this role requires an understanding of finance product (credit card) and basic understanding of insurance products. Additionally, strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with partners, are essential to achieve the desired outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for new products or improvements to existing ones.
• To manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation and concept validation to product launch and post-launch evaluation which includes products P&L with a focus on product feature design, loyalty program development and enhancement opportunities.

• Maintain current knowledge of all cards products and services offered, including commercial business cards use and travel management solutions.
• Engage with prospects or customers to understand their business needs, identify and sell-in relevant opportunities for DCS suite of working capital card solution to address their need.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote business opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
