Under Product Sourcing Developer (PSD)’s observation and support:

• New Product samples order and follow up: Place order and follow up product samples for IKEA Communication to support global product launch and retail weeks (i.e. have the right product samples delivered on time, ensure smooth communication among all involved parties).
• Manage and secure Market Specific Orders: in both communication and working with business categories to meet retail expectation. Support to build up standardized processes.
• Order and payment handling for new product development cost: admin task in system including submit order and follow up payments after that.
• New products performance evaluation: Support PSD in new product performance follow-up/review for product that has been launched in the market and during NEWS hand-over to HFB.  

Key deliverables

• Right product sample on time delivery.
• MS order on-time response.
• Secure payment on-time for new product development cost.

• Interview business owners & perform system or process walkthroughs to identify key controls.
• Plan & execute audit procedures on internal controls in a clear, effective manner.
• Conduct testing for controls & compliance with best practices, policies and procedures.
• Participate in close discussions with management in every closing meeting of assignment.
• Communicate in concise audit reporting, the root causes of identified issues, associated risks.
• Propose quality recommendations to improve any weaknesses in control environment identified.
• Design & incorporate data analytics into the audit process for more robust testing and monitoring solutions.
• Support the Group Internal Audit in the prompt delivery of the audit plan, including special reviews, investigations, implementation reviews and any other tasks as assigned.
• Perform follow-up audits to ensure recommendations are executed and improvements achieved.
• Support a collaborative environment to share knowledge and best practices learned.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of audit experience in a Big 4/mid-tier audit firm or internal audit/assurance/compliance/in-house functions in the relevant industries.

To be successful and excel in this position, the incumbent should have the following qualities:

Basic Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Accountancy/Business/IT (Information Systems) or equivalent.
• Requires business travelling to regional countries 25% a year (for up to 3 weeks).
• Some data analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills

• Uploading tax invoices to Government Tax System.
• Providing supporting data for invoices mitigation and detective control (DC).
• Receiving and doing a daily check of delivery notes from the transporter (soft copy via share point) and also keep and filling the hard copy DNs.
• Collecting and submitting data for new and current customers
• Supporting admin tasks (Internal Issue Sales Order, Proforma Invoice, and Credit & Debit Memo WorkOn creation request).
• Putting stamps on hard copy invoices and sending it to customers.

About the job

In your role as an intern in the Sales and Supply Support team, you will create and constantly improve excellent availability, range management and forecasting at the lowest possible costs. Together with the Sales and Supply Support Manager, you will support the Store’s commercial team and act as a communication link between the store and Supply and Availability, Service Office matrix.

Your assignment

• You will assist in the stock inventory process to secure highest stock accuracy level.
• Support the Sales and Supply Support Manager with stock discrepancies analysis as part of the inventory management process.
• Carry out qualitative and timely administration of parameters in the system to prevent unnecessary orders to manage healthy range frame.
• Check and follow up on order creation to achieve healthy stock structure and capacity.
• You will shadow the Sales and Supply support specialist to learn about our role in the Commercial team.
