• Risk Management: You will be responsible to constantly manage the infrastructure risks associated with Infrastructure components like obsolescence / single point of failures; etc. and work with broader Infrastructure teams. You will also be required to maintain a constant communication with the service assurance team and help prioritize the risk related deliverables and making way into the roadmap actions if needed.

What You Will Do:

• Plans, monitors, direct and evaluate Associates production. Ensures that schedules are met and communicates with VP, and Associates Operations if situations occur that hinder meeting deadlines.   If system issues or other emergencies delay Associates, implements measures/schedules to return to established Associates schedules at the earliest possible time.
• • Identifies operational priorities and other work flow issues; ensures a constant flow of work so that delivery schedules are met.
• • Assists in the development and revision of operational policies and procedures that facilitate efficient workflow.  Develops an understanding of the workflows, procedures and specific criteria for each assigned client.
• • Emphasizes productivity goals and takes action to ensure effective and efficient use of staff is maintained.  Creatively plans for allocation of extra capacity for backlog Associates.
• • Oversees performance to ensure that staff is performing within the established quality and production performance criteria.
• • Assists in coordinating scheduled quality meetings with the production staff.
• • Responds to and ensures that the acknowledgement mail on daily updates is sent to US. Ensures client mails are promptly responded to.
• • Maintains technical knowledge of Associates.
• • Bring proven ability to oversee and provide support and/or direction on quality issues.
• • Co-Ordinate and follow through on the training plans for adding new trainees onto an account.
• • Guideline updates – Co-ordinate with the QA staff to ensure that the update is understood by the Associates.
• • Project Launch - Active involvement in project launch sessions to understand the Associates process and track the daily progress during the launch period.                                                                                                          

Shall understand and abide by the organization’ s information security policy and protect the confidentiality , integrity and availability of all information assets.

Shall report  incidents related to security of information to concerned authorities

Responsibilities - Strategic: -

• Alignment of development processes in line with CDQs / BBM Process Compass and Bosch Directives on safety, security and legal requirements through active engagement with central quality functions of Bosch 
• Study and preparation of industry trends to bring in improvements in GB process 
• Manage process implementation seamless across all the stakeholders within Bosch such as engineering, procurement and plant. 
• Establishing a good connect with GB quality functions who develop similar electronic products within Bosch world
• Regular interaction with quality functions of customers, understand quality and process strategy of customers and prepare organization towards the same
• Proactive engagement with customers to understand quality and delivery performance
• Participate in steering committee meetings (PRC) of key projects within BU 
• Derive and steer BU/BGSW Q-strategy

Responsibilities - Operational: -

• Review the outcomes of FMEA, Quality Gates and recommend for management approval
• Review concessions and risk releases for completeness and effectiveness of identified mitigation actions
• Regular communication with Plant Quality and Control of product deliveries, as applicable
• Review/Evaluate 8Ds to measure quality of problem resolution and identification of system root causes and corrective actions
• Ensure that preventive as well as improvement measures identified are implemented in projects
• Ensure learnings are shared across projects, by sharing experiences / best practices in different projects
• Escalate issues needing management attention through regular Q-Samay, Q-Jourfix, Project review meetings, etc
• Ensure process improvement areas are identified, and process changes / process waivers are triggered

• Develop, Lead, Manage and Support of QA teams to drive Quality Assurance
