In the role of Treasury and Reporting Analyst, you will be a member of the Group Treasury Team and in charge of various treasury topics. You will work in a global team of treasury professionals with specific responsibilities, and you will assume regular tasks as well as assignments that need immediate attention.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Cash Flow Reporting Oversight: Collect and sanitize data from subsidiaries, create weekly reports and communicate to selected audience
• Expense Management: Perform the escalation and compliance process in the global expense management system
• FX/Loan Management: Collect, sanitize, correct, and upload transactions from subsidiaries into the treasury management system
• Balance Sheet and Income Statement Oversight: Regularly perform sanities on reported Balance Sheets and Income Statements from subsidiaries, reporting findings to Group Treasury
• Risk and Credit Management: Regular reporting of credit, liquidity, market, interest rate and other risks in close cooperation with Group Treasury
• Bank Account Management: Execute regular bank A/Cs & signatory rights check and perform the bank A/C reconciliation

We are looking for an IP Manager to support our rapidly growing businesses in India and the Asian markets for all our business segments, particularly in our Drug Delivery, Dental and Industry business segments. The IP Manager will work at the interface and bridge the communication and collaboration between medmix technology, sales and marketing personnel in India, medmix management in India and Switzerland and external IP service providers on various activities such as patent filings and prosecution and F-t-O searches and analyses concerning technologies developed and/or commercialized in India. The position will take place in our India offices of Haselmeier India Private Limited in Bengaluru.

• Assist in drafting patent applications and in their prosecution at the Indian Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks
• Instruct external attorneys in the prosecution, maintenance, defense, and enforcement of our IP rights
• Protect our inventions by working closely with and advising our product development and management teams
• Take care of maintaining internal IP databases, monitoring competitor IP and conducting IP trainings
• Responsible for monitoring and the management of new and important IP cases in India
• Assist in submitting third party observations, patent oppositions, as well as defending against them
• Audit of the „Freedom-to-Operate“ (FtO) for new internal developments and products

Demands on the holder of the position:

• Completed studies in a technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, precision engineering, mechatronics, medical technology) or similar education / experience.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the development of medical devices
• Proficient in mechanical design and tolerance analysis
• Good knowledge of design with plastics (especially injection molded plastics)
• Proficient knowledge of 3D CAD systems, ideally SolidWorks
• Quality mindset with knowledge of relevant regulations, quality standards and technical norms such as EU MDR, 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 4, ISO 13485, ISO 11608, and ISO 14971

Management Tasks:

As a part of the headquarter controlling team, supports Head Group Controlling with analysis and in the planning processes. Additionally, be responsible for the Group reporting tool, Tagetik, ensuring timely reporting and closing activities and being an integral part of the medmix planning process and the headquarter controlling team.

Responsibilities:

Headquarter Controller

1. Runs sanity checks in monthly closing process with focus on all KPIs: Order Intake, Sales, Order backlog, Gross Margin, OPEX, Adj EBITDA, ONCF, FCF.
2. Runs monthly Financial standard analysis with focus on all KPIs: Order Intake, Sales, Order backlog, Gross Margin, OPEX, Adj EBITDA, ONCF, FCF.
3. Responsible for the monthly closing and reporting activities of medmix Group.
4. Runs sanity checks and analysis of Rolling Forecast data
5. Supports creation of medmix MIS packages, including commentary on key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
6. Adhoc analysis in the medmix financial reporting system.
7. Drives the medmix Budget process, creating reports for data from the medmix Financial Reporting system (Excel & PowerPoint), supporting the Head Group Controlling on a seamless running of the budget cycle.
8. Supports up-date of 5 Year-Plan
9. Controlling co-owner of the Group reporting tool, Tagetik. Drives automatization of reports (Tagetik)
10. Runs or supports special finance projects.
