The Professional Development Delivery (PDD) Logistics Manager oversees the organizational details for all events within the region including workshops held at hotels and on school campuses. Budget and Invoice Management

• Manage department budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
• Process invoices and ensure adherence to internal financial processes.
• Tracking office expenditure.

Office Operations

• Supervise daily operations, including office maintenance, reception services, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee servicing and maintenance of office equipment, including security systems.
• Ensure compliance with local safety and building regulations for office operations.
• Ensure office renovation or office relocation are coordinated and approved before actual commencement.

Fixed Assets Management

• Maintain and oversee the tracking and management of fixed assets in compliance with company requirements.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and operational functions, particularly in expatriate management, travel management, office operations, and vendor relationships. Previous experience in Asian MNC environment is highly desired.
• Strong familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements related to tenancy, travel, office operations, and asset management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Result-oriented with a focus on delivering outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at various levels and build rapport.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing budgets and financial processes effectively.
• A people-oriented mindset to foster collaboration and maintain positive working relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Meeting with possible partners to introduce business’s services
• Familiar with hydraulic and mechanical heavy equipment such as Boring Rig, Micropile Rig, etc
• Attend to sales enquiries
• Maintain good relationship with distributors and key customers
• Work closely with sales support to ensure on-time delivery
• Provide support to client relation
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and strategy to enhance market penetration
