Job Requirements:

• Preferably 2-3 years experience in multimedia design, web design or related roles.

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or related fields.
• Team player, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin for bilingual content creation.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.)
• Ability to create website designs, produce sample sites and knows how to do digital retouching and image editing.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop verification testbench components for chip/module level using System Verilog, C & Perl.
• Use high Lehigh-level concepts (Object-oriented, UVM, etc) to develop an extendable environment.
• Define and execute detailed verification plan from spec working with architects, designers, system engineers.
• Incorporate code coverage, functional coverage, assertions, cover groups, etc to achieve 100% verification completeness prior to tape-out.
• Debug tests, run gate-level simulations.
• Develop automated/scripted design flows for the above-mentioned development processes.
• Participate in silicon debug and analysis.
• Support generation of production test vectors.

• Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.
• Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.
• Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.
• Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
• Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may perform technical assignments of moderate complexity within approved schedules and budgets. 
• May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.
• May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.

• You will develop construction program execution schedules to verify progress is made within established timeframes.
• You will execute construction within cost and schedule constraints to ensure adherence to performance or budgetary requirements.
• You will recommend strategies to eliminate obstacles to achieve program goals.
• You will coordinate construction operations between a contractor and an organization or client to verify project completion within established timeframes.
• You will supervise a group of construction manager, engineers and engineering technicians.

• You will monitor construction activity to ensure compliance with contract plans, specifications, and scheduling.
• You will manage the technical submittal process to ensure submittals meet contract requirements.
• You will manage the change order process required to address unforeseen conditions, differing site conditions, design deficiencies, etc.
• You will review construction project parameters (e.g., integration, scope, time, cost, quality, communication, procurement, risk management) to recommend changes that will improve the overall project results.
• You will negotiate design modifications with representatives to verify operational agreements satisfy the interests of facilities programs and projects.
• You will apply professional knowledge of engineering/architectural principles and theories consistent in type, scope, and depth with that acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture.
• You will apply general knowledge of the various types of construction contracts, project delivery methods, and regulations governing Federal contract administration.

• You will lead other planners in providing facilities planning and engineering services to clients.
• You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams on project management directives for successful project execution within planning and design standards.
• You will advise on solutions to problems encountered during the design.
• You will develop alternative solutions to planning design and engineering issues.
• You will develop and conduct technical reviews of facilities planning products to determine if objectives are met.

• You will formulate long-range plans and goals for the Production Division, Facilities Management Division, Facilities Engineer and Acquisition Division, Environmental Division, and Administrative Division.
• You will direct staff efforts to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and identify areas for process improvement to ensure best use of resources.
• You will evaluate training needs of subordinates to develop an overall training plan.
• You will develop annual budget within Navy Working Capital Fund and General Fund systems that includes projections of workload, manpower, overhead costs, and revenues.

The major duties of the Interdisciplinary General Engineer/Landscape Architect position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assists the Project Manager (PM) in initiating, establishing, guiding, and controlling one or more design/construction projects from inception through completion.
• Guides project formulation, and development through to completion of projects that are within quality, budget, and schedule commitments.
• Responsible for writing scopes of work; developing Government estimates; assisting in the negotiation of task orders and construction contracts; coordinating contracted efforts; providing quality assurance of contracted products; and closing out compliance, pre-design, design, and construction management efforts provided by numerous external contractors performing professional services on major, simple to highly complex, multi-phased projects.
• Works expeditiously with team members to resolve all outstanding issues due to deficient work. Incumbent serves as the primary or alternate Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on assigned projects.

• You will evaluate engineering and architectural designs, drawings, specifications, and supporting documents to determine feasibility, compatibility with other work, and effectiveness in meeting requirements.
• You will implement architecture and engineering design criteria for facilities under construction.
• You will oversee the construction and engineering design of projects to ensure compliance with established architectural and engineering standards.
• You will perform quality assurance of contract work to verify compliance with contract requirements for design and construction.
• You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, or the capabilities of employees.

• You will perform technical reviews/engineering studies by identifying engineering disciplines such as architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering necessary to accomplish design and construction activities.
• You will represent Facilities Engineering Acquisition Division as the technical representative in matters involving contract modifications and claims.
• You will ensure official contractor correspondence and submittals are included in the contract file.
• You will review management of the contractor's safety program to ensure adherence to contract requirements.
