Role Description
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead and drive our customer acquisition, go-to-market strategies, and institutional partnership initiatives. In this senior role, you will work closely with the leadership team to shape and execute critical sales strategies, positioning DigiFT as a leader in the fintech space.
You will take ownership of developing investment opportunities, leveraging online channels and industry events to attract investors to our regulated platform and digital asset offerings. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, results-driven leader with a proven track record in driving sales growth in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build the sales capabilities to support the growth of DigiFT.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new institutional and accredited investors through a strong personal network as well as DigiFT’s resources.
- Manage all aspects of client relationships, including account opening and client queries.
- Work with key internal stakeholders, e.g. product, marketing, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth go-to-market launch in different markets.
- Represent DigiFT at key events and conferences to build brand awareness as well as customer pipeline.
Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline.
- 7+ years’ experience in traditional finance and/or DeFi sales with a proven track record.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a result-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Multi-lingual is a plus (English and Mandarin) as you will be working across different cultures and geographies.
- Authorized representative to sell securities under Singapore MAS or Hong Kong SFC considered a big benefit for consideration.
