The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the financial health and sustainability of the organization. This executive role involves managing the company's economic strategy, overseeing financial planning and analysis, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities/Duties

1. Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing.

Primary Objectives

Qualification Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience, including prior experience as a Finance Manager.
• Preferred background in the food & beverage, hotel, and resort industry.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, financial regulations, and risk management practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in governance, with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and corporate ethics.
• Familiarity with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, with experience in implementing sustainability initiatives.

• Oversees attorneys providing legal advice and assistance to OPC investigators, reviewing investigative work-product, and preparing reports of investigation and recommendations, including for disciplinary action.

Achieve and Learn Trust are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Deputy CFO responsible for delivering an effective, compliant and consistently high-quality financial management and reporting service for the Trust.
