Title: Production / Packing Operative / Repacking Operative The Best Connection are looking for Poultry Packers to work in the Skegness/Ingomels area - Egg Packing
Location: Ingoldmells, Skegness Area
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour (pay rate can be increased after 12 weeks)
Shifts Available:
2 days a week
4 on 4 off
12 on 2 off
Monday - Friday
6 on 1 off
Job Description: We are seeking physically fit individuals to join our team in the Ingoldmells, Skegness area for a poultry packing position, focusing on packing eggs. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and excellent punctuality and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Clean as you go - maintaining a tidy work environment is crucial
Walking across large sheds, requiring physical fitness
Ensuring chickens have water and food
Recording temperatures accurately
Picking and packing eggs
Removing and reporting any dead chickens to the manager
Requirements:
Must be physically fit
Ability to work independently in a shed
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to arrive on time consistently
Good communication skills
Positive work approach and a can-do attitude
Must provide 2 references at the interview
