• Coordinate a diverse, multi-disciplinary team performing complex risk assessments for the purpose of evaluating the performance of USACE infrastructure projects.

• Provide oversight of on-site construction work, including inspection and acceptance of work performed by a contractor.

The Office of Acquisition Information Technology Services provides transformational system development, incremental system development, operational and management services for FAS business applications. The organization advises FAS leadership and program areas on IT tools that support and enhance FAS’s business operations. As an Information Technology Project Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Serve as a Cloud Engineer for high velocity information technology (IT) projects, leading and implementing specific IT projects and defining and structuring cloud modernization projects for new and current initiatives within GSA IT.
• Design and implement highly automated, secure cloud environments to host and modernize business critical applications, including recommending tools, technologies and approaches based on analysis of cost, schedule, risk, and business value; and providing technical oversight to contractor teams support GSA IT cloud and application development efforts.

Police Operations Oversight & Improvements 25%

• Developing, modifying, and implementing programs and systems to ensure efficient execution of police operations
• Conduct site visits, tracks and assess police program operations and performance within the VISN
• Performs focused reviews of police reports to identify trends and ensure the reports are legally and technically sound
• Conducts program pre-assessments of Medical Center/Healthcare System police programs
• Provides SME level input to prepare recommendations for Police Chiefs, Medical Center and Network Directors regarding deficiencies and best practices in all areas
• Assists in the coordination, preparation, and staffing of special purpose visits from dignitaries and high-ranking government representatives
• Functions as the primary VA Law enforcement and security liaison and oversight representative of the VHA Office of the Senior Security Officer

• Participates in studies, surveys, and inspections designed to determine the effectiveness and adequacy of the VHA physical security program

• Prepares reports based on analysis and evaluation of evidence
• Assures that each investigative file is properly secured and maintained n a current basis

• Conduct detail reviews, analysis, and evaluation of Special Forces training, education, and operational requirements to determine the short- and long-range impact on SF training requirements.
• Develop Course Administrative Data (CAD), Programs of Instruction (POI), Individual Training Plan (ITP), Course Management Plan, and Individual Student Assessment Plan (ISAP) for assigned programs.
• Design and develop training courses requiring the establishment of instructional design and development criteria through the analysis of educational or instructional problems or questions.
