This position is located in the Southeast Sunbelt Region (R4) within Atlanta, GA or Fort Lauderdale, FL. The incumbent will be expected to report to a GSA facility in the Southeast Sunbelt Region at least 2x per pay period.

• Provides policy oversight and expertise for specialists assigned major capital lease projects to ensure customer satisfaction and attainment of all organizational and project goals and objectives.
• Ensures projects are completed in accordance with GSA policies and ensures all reasonable steps are taken to ensure projects are completed within each project’s budget and schedule. 
• Identifies practices and procedures which deviate from prescribed policies and procedures, directs appropriate corrective actions, and monitors its progress.

• Conducts community assessments to identify physical, mental, social and/or environmental deviations from the normal, responses and attainments of outcomes, using nursing skills of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning intervention and evaluation.
• Conducts nursing conferences or specialty clinics using nursing physical assessment and diagnosis with treatment procedures according to standing orders
• Counsels patients and/or families in the home, community, school and clinic regarding acute and chronic conditions and the application of health promotion and disease prevention practices

• Utilizes FMSS and related software programs to compile, organize and track all data collected to support the Park's Asset Management Program.
• Collects and analyzes data from a variety of maintenance programs such as FMSS, Project Management Information System (PMIS), Administrative Finance System (AFS), and Planning, Environment, and Public Comment (PEPC).
• Works closely with project developers to prepare accurate work orders and cost estimates using the Cost Estimating Software System (CESS).

• Establishes, maintains, and updates a computerized inventory of fixed property and schedules condition inspections.

This is a term position (more than 1 year) with an initial appointment expecting to last at least 13 months but may be extended up to a total of 4 years, or more based on any changes to regulations governing the number of years term appointments may last, without further competition. Some of the duties you will perform will include, but are not limited to:

• Applies professional knowledge and expertise to research, prepare and coordinate the writing of the cultural resource sections of resource management plans and specific action plans governing the management and protection of cultural resources.
• Prepares compliance and assessment of effect findings, with supporting documentation, for National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) Section 110/106 and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) projects.
• Develops and maintains liaisons and effective working relations with related groups, individuals, agencies, park staff and management.

• Primary responsibility will be the implementation and maintenance of the facility's Electronic Health Record (EHR) for outpatient services. Responsible for managing the operations and improvements of the Resource Patient Management System's (RPMS) hardware, software, security, network, client/server interaction and clinical applications.
• Sets up EHR files, parameters, menus and clinical references for users; troubleshoots complex program irregularities and determines appropriate action for correction. Assures System and data are appropriately backed-up and runs system tests to assure restoration can be achieved as needed. Responsible for coding, testing and debugging the system to ensure data recovery. Performs acceptance tests, benchmark tests, and other studies used to evaluate the acceptability of computers, programs, and systems for meeting information system needs.
• Function as an application manager in the planning, development, setup and implementation of all aspects the Indian Health Service Resource and Patient Management System EHR. Prepares written policies and procedures for both long-term and short-term plans for the RPMS; Performs daily, weekly and monthly system checks and documents findings for the record.
• Principle resource person to clinical service program managers and other management officials in resolving difficult and highly complex problems, which may be confined to a single service or may extend across organizational services lines. Provides consultation and technical guidance to Area staff as the RPMS site manager. Verbally communicates with Area staff to identify and resolve system related issues. Provide presentations to senior managers on the RPMS operations.
• Serve as trainer to clinical staff to ensure range of application packages including EHR, Health Summary, Progress notes, etc.
