JOB SUMMARY

• Responsible for supporting the Global Credit Card Balance Growth strategies within the context of the wider global Credit Cards & Personal Loans (CCPL) strategy. This role will work closely with Group, Region and Country level stakeholders to design & implement balance growth and yield enhancement strategies to optimise financial and non financial results on the Existing to Product (ETP) global credit card portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy

• The role holder is responsible for leading the development of global Credit Card Portfolio Optimization strategies for Existing to Product (“ETP”) customers within the context of the wider global Credit Cards & Personal Loans (“CCPL”) strategy.
• This includes agreeing these strategies with the relevant group, region and country level stakeholders, along with associated financial and non-financial targets and periodically reviewing performance against these targets in line with the Group’s performance management framework.
• Country CCPL GMs are accountable for the CC ETP portfolio profitability and performance and the role holder is concurrently held accountable for the creation and implementation, as well as, financial and non-financial results of the recommended balance growth and pricing strategies for optimizing returns on the ETP global credit card portfolio.

Business

The role holder is accountable for developing, socializing and helping drive implementation of strategies for ETP Credit Card Portfolio returns, and for delivery technologies that satisfy the needs of the business, and are in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including:

• Leveraging advanced analytics and collaborating with risk teams to provide thought leadership on risk and pricing frameworks to enable markets to deploy portfolio management strategies that are EVA accretive and within risk appetite.
• Leveraging analytics and risk management teams and collaborating with regional and country teams to track portfolio performance at a granular level and identify opportunities for performance enhancement.
• Drive EVA accretive interest- bearing balance growth by setting portfolio standards and providing life cycle portfolio management tools including but not limited to cash transfers, balance transfers, EMI conversions of high value spends within and outside limits, credit limit increase etc.
• Conceptualize and work with technology and digital teams to deliver seamless sale and fulfilment of these features.
• Work closely with advanced analytics, risk and campaign delivery teams to ensure implementation, and an experimental test and learn environment to constantly enhance the impact of these strategies.
• Recommend and socialize enhancements to customer value propositions, product and pricing to ensure existing product profitability is in line with group hurdles.

Processes
The role holder is responsible for:

• Engagement with group policy owners and/or risk control owners for the implementation of policies and control standards set by them.
• Ensuring appropriate procedures and controls are in place to operate within the group credit and operational risk tolerance and appetite.
• Defining and driving global (versus local) regulatory and compliance standards for managing CC ETP customer strategic / campaign interventions, and working closely with markets to ensure they are met.
• Building the right conduct culture in managing ETP CC customer return optimization program initiatives.
• Deliver a framework for CC portfolio granular returns measurement to identify and act upon opportunities for return optimization, in compliance with all laws, regulations, rules, policies and the group conduct framework.

People & Talent

• Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations of and work in collaboration with partners.
• Ensure holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles, including effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks.

Risk Management

• Collaboratively partner with risk teams to ensure risk management procedures and processes are effectively implemented to operate within operational and credit risk appetite.
• Partner with country CCPL teams for a robust risk management environment by identifying key risks and issues and ensuring effective mitigating measures and controls are implemented.
• Work collaboratively with countries and functions to ensure any audit findings are suitably rectified, as it relates to their areas of portfolio intervention.

Governance

• Develop and implement a clear structure of accountability to ensure cross functional team members can perform their roles successfully and there is clear oversight and decision making, including by relevant Committees.
• Take responsibility for assessing the effectiveness of arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in business, and if necessary, oversee change in these areas.
• Maintain an awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the firm operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
• Work with regulators in an open and cooperative manner.

The Breast Imaging Radiology team in East Kent has a longstanding reputation for excellence in breast screening and symptomatic breast services. The Breast Screening service started in Canterbury in 1989 a year after the introduction of the National NHS Breast Screening programme in the UK. The unit is based at Kent and Canterbury Hospital and also administers screening services for Kent and Medway. The management team includes the Breast Screening Programme manager, Deputy Programme Manager, Principal Mammographer and Office manager, and are supported by an administrative team of staff. Integral to the delivery of the symptomatic breast service will be the collaboration between the general radiology management and clinical lead.

The Director of Breast Screening is responsible for leadership, management, performance, quality, governance and overall accountability for the safe and effective provision of the local breast screening service.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Deputy Director in the Southwark Directorate

You will be a motivated leader, who can provide operational leadership and play a key role in working with the Directorate Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in the shaping and delivery of our services.

We are looking for exceptional candidates with significant service-level general management experience and the ability to manage a busy operational role whilst undertaking Trust-wide projects, service delivery and performance responsibilities.

You will contribute to the development and implementation of the Directorate and Trust strategies, focusing on delivering targets and service improvements that will enhance patient care, improve the patient pathway, enhance the quality of service delivery and deliver performance targets whilst identifying potential efficiencies.

In this role, you will take day to day responsibility for the operational running of multiple services, providing exemplary leadership to staff and ensuring national and local targets are achieved and exceeded whilst ensuring our services meet the diverse needs of the population that we serve.

You will be responsible for the operational day to day planning, monitoring and delivery of patient services within the directorate, in addition to financial performance and strategic responsibility for their development. (SLaM) provide the widest range of NHS mental health services in the UK as well as substance misuse services for people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol. There are very few organisations in the world that have such wide-ranging capabilities working with mental illness. Our scope is unique because it is built on three major foundations: care and treatment, science and research, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Leadership, as part of the Operations Directorate SLT

1. Provide strong visible leadership across the Operations Directorate to ensure the delivery of high quality patient focused services

2. Drive through the delivery of ambitious targets to continually improve performance within the Operations Directorate.

3. Introduce new and innovative strategies to maximise organisational efficiency.

4. Provide professional support and coaching to the management team.

2. To develop operational objectives within Operations Directorate, to ensure the achievement of Trust Targets and are consistent with Trust objectives.

3. Provide demonstrable assurance that effective clinical governance, risk management and controls assurance systems and procedures are embedded into the culture of the Operations Directorate

4. Ensure capital utilisation is maximised to optimise productivity and improve patient care including effective infection control systems.

5. Work closely with Clinicians, Managers and Trust Leads to ensure that the Operations Directorate is meeting its contractual obligations.

6. To lead on performance management systems in the Operations Directorate in order to provide assurance to the Operations Directorate Leadership and Trust Board that the Operations Directorate is meeting its statutory and contractual requirements.

7. To lead on wider strategies to deliver integrated models of care as part of the Kings Health Partners mission to develop integrated care in community settings.

8. To lead on the delivery of Operations Directorate performance improvement programmes.

4) Financial Management

1. Work with the Finance Business Partner to provide demonstrable assurance that robust financial management systems and processes are in place to optimally utilise the Operations Directorate budget and resources.

2. Meet annual financial targets including Trust Cost Improvement Programmes (CIP), Commissioner Quality Innovation Prevention and Productivity programmes (QIPP) and any relevant partnership/alliance improvement programmes.

3. Provide demonstrable assurance that all delegated budgets within the Operations Directorate adhere to Trust Standing Financial Instructions and Standing Orders.

4. Establish a system for business risk evaluation of service developments.

5) Governance and Risk

1. Provide demonstrable assurance that patient safety is at the centre of Operations Directorate planning, analysis and performance delivery.

2. Provide demonstrable assurance that the Directorate employs robust risk management and systems for clinical quality and safety improvement.

3. Promote clinical information for benchmarking and audit to improve patient experience and delivery of excellent performance.

6) Human Resource Management

1. Develop and maintain robust staff development systems within the Operations Directorate engendering a culture of openness, value and respect.

2. Establish effective communication systems with all members of staff within the Directorate. Communication systems will reflect a two way relationship allowing Trust information to be disseminated, whilst also allowing individuals an opportunity to feedback any ideas or concerns.

3. Work with the HR Function and the HR Business Partners to ensure that all managers and employees comply with Trust policies and procedures, HR best practice and employment law.

4. Provide demonstrable assurance that all direct line management staff in the Directorate are regularly appraised and have a Personal Development Plan.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Managing Director in developing, implementing and monitoring the compliance of internal control policies and procedures
• Prepare Feasibility study for company prospective projects.
• Review consolidated financial statements, management reports and budget variance analysis of the Group
• Coordinate, participate and deliver insights into the financial reports in the management meeting and board meeting
• Manage relationship with external auditors for financial audits
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, analysis and presentation to Management
• Oversee the costing function for the Built Industries activities in Singapore
• Supervision of local & overseas Accounts staff with full spectrum of accounting responsibilities
• Perform any other tasks as the need arises
• Lead the Company Admin, Finance and HR Departments.
• Assist the Group in debt and fund raising when required.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, business, business administration or related field with at least 5 years of working experience, including experience in built industries costing, tender and supervisory experience.
• Familiar with Debts & Loans in singapore banking context.
