We are recruiting High Intensity CBT trainees to join Croydon Talking Therapies. Postholders will spend three days a week in the service and over the other two days, they will undertake the PG Dip in CBT course at Royal Holloway University of London. There is an expectation from Royal Holloway and Croydon Talking Therapies that successful applicants will stay in their posts and complete the training which will last till early 2026.

We are a large IAPT service (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) and currently have over 100 staff. We provide a full range of NICE recommended step 2 and 3 interventions for depression and anxiety including CBT, IPT, Counselling, and EMDR. The postholders will join the Croydon Talking Therapies service to deliver high quality cognitive-behavioural therapy to clients with depression and / or anxiety.

Postholders will be expected to see clients in GP surgeries and outpatients clinics, as well as remotely. All staff are required to work one evening per week. The main role of a STEP care co-ordinator is to support a caseload of around 20-22 service users who are experiencing first episode psychosis. Care coordinators use their skills, experience and knowledge to support service users to achieve the goals that are important to them and move forward with recovery as they see it, working with clients to identify and use early warning signs, to enable early detection and intervention. We are very encouraging of Care Coordinators expanding the therapeutic interventions they are able to offer by attending accredited training.

This role includes:
• Assessing service users who are newly referred to the team
• Managing a complex caseload of allocated service users
• Working with service user’s families and other people in their networks
• Working with the multi-disciplinary team to plan and implement care packages

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join the newly developed Forensic Intellectual and Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (FIND) Community Team in South London and Maudsley (SLaM).

The FIND Team will provide safe transition for inpatients discharged from the inpatient Forensic Services to the community providing specialist assessment, treatment and consultation to the Forensic Service in order to ensure a smooth, safe and clinically justified pathway to individuals with mental illness, offending history and learning disability with or without neurodevelopmental disorder.

The three forensic services of SLaM, South West London and St Georges( SWLSTG), and Oxleas together comprise the South London Mental Health and Community Partnership (SLP). The SLP’s overarching goals centre on bringing care closer to home, improving patient pathways and outcomes by delivering excellent care in better environments. The SLP has a track record of delivering highly effective, clinically informed service developments in order to better meet the needs of service-users. The FIND provision is one such development and the SLaM FIND Team will therefore work closely with the FIND Teams in each of the other Trusts in order to expedite service-user’s transition through inpatient settings to community provision.

The post-holder will support and enhance the professional psychological care of clients of the FIND service. The postholder will assist the Practitioner Psychologists, in the delivery of a specialist applied psychology service, including the provision of clinical work as required by the service, under the direct guidance, close clinical and professional supervision of a practitioner psychologist.

Clinical work is likely to involve carrying out psychological assessments, including risk assessments, and circumscribed individual interventions, under the supervision of a qualified professional psychologist.

The post-holders will support and facilitate the provision of psycho-educational and mental health and offending behaviour groups, assist in clinically-related administration, the conduct of audits, collection of statistics, development of audit and/or research projects, teaching and project work.

More generally, the postholder will assist the psychologists and other members of the multidisciplinary team in developing a therapeutic environment for clients of the FIND service. The N&S CAMHS DBT Service is looking for two experienced and committed DBT Therapists to join our established Dialectical Behaviour Therapy team. The Transforming Care in Autism team aims to fulfil the remit of the national Transforming Care Programme in three inner London boroughs: Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark. The team is focused in working with autistic adults who do not have a learning disability diagnosis; a population who have so far been poorly served by the Transforming Care implementation and who often fall between services.

The Transforming Care in Autism (TCA) service was developed to meet the needs of autistic individuals at risk of admission to, or within, mainstream mental health services.

The team approach is two-fold: 1 Increase capability of mainstream adult mental health services to work with autistic adults through teaching and training; and 2. Provide a crisis response for named service users at risk of admission, working with the treating mental health teams.
• To assist Practitioner Psychologists in the delivery of specialist applied psychology service in the Transforming Care Autism Service.
• To carry out individual assessments and interventions as required by the service, under the close clinical and professional supervision of a qualified Practitioner Psychologist.
• To coordinate and deliver psychology groups when required.
• To assist in clinically related administration, conduct of audits, collection of statistics, and development of audit and/or research projects, teaching and project work.
• To work at appropriate levels of independence, following clinical guidelines and the policies and procedures of the service, while closely supervised and seeking help from clinical/professional supervisor or manager as required.

The neurodevelopmental pathway includes a wide range of services staffed by multi-disciplinary colleagues including psychiatrists, psychological

To undertake clinical and management responsibility for the nurses and recovery workers in Lambeth Community Drug and Alcohol Service and have an operational overview on the day to day running of the service. This will include ensuring the service is safe and effective, delivers on all performance targets and achieves positive outcomes with clients.



The Team Leader will as part of a senior management team oversee the on-going development of recovery focused and evidence based interventions in order to meet the needs of a group of service users with multiple complex physical, psychological and social needs across Lambeth. This is a consortium partnership comprised of We Are With You, Human Kind, Phoenix Futures and the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) with SLaM being the lead agency in this model. This is a cross borough contract since 1stApril 2010 with shared leadership and specialist roles as well as local core services.

Lambeth Consortium provide an excellent and first class range of drug and alcohol treatment options to residents of Lambeth Borough. Our services are busy and dynamic, with a strong recovery focus. We currently operate 2 sites across Lambeth plus various satellites including in primary care. We in-reach to local hospitals, offer street outreach, and work closely with local stakeholders including social care and mental health. We also have a comprehensive online offer.

Key Responsibilities:
1. To provide strong and decisive leadership and management of all staff within Lambeth. To manage the staff team and all day-to-day issues of the service. To take the lead role in the induction, team building and retention of staff. To deputise at designated times in the absence of the Borough Lead.

The Engagement and Stakeholder Manager is a key part of a small team and works with a broad range of stakeholders, often working independently and to their own initiative to identify opportunities for improving our approach to engagement.

The post holder will lead on the delivery and ongoing development of the Trust’s programme of strategic community engagement. The Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) are designed to help meet mild to moderate mental health needs of children and young people in education settings. They are made up of senior clinicians, CAMHS Practitioners and Education Wellbeing Practitioners (EWPs). They will be based across education settings as an additional resource within a whole-system approach to promote resilience and wellbeing, support earlier intervention, enable appropriate signposting and deliver evidence-based support, care and interventions.

The MHST will partner with their education settings to design a bespoke
offer, based on the school’s individual needs and will work with the mental health services that are already in place, such as counselling,
educational psychology, school nurses, pastoral care, educational welfare officers, VCSEs, the local authority, including children’s social care, and
NHS Children and Young People Mental Health Services (CYPMHS).

Our MHST currently works with 15 schools across Croydon. The successful candidate will be employed by Croydon CAMHS and will be expected to liaise with CAMHS teams when appropriate. The MHST deliver emotional wellbeing interventions using Guided Self Help strategies.

As an qualified EWP you will have successfully completed training as a traineeEMHP/CWP. 3) To work as part of a departmental team and where necessary to support/assist the work of colleagues, and to be able to work with staff of all levels and disciplines throughout the trust

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join the newly developed Forensic Intellectual and Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (FIND) Community Team in South London and Maudsley (SLaM).

The FIND Team will provide safe transition for inpatients discharged from the inpatient Forensic Services to the community providing specialist assessment, treatment and consultation to the Forensic Service in order to ensure a smooth, safe and clinically justified pathway to individuals with mental illness, offending history and learning disability with or without neurodevelopmental disorder.

The three forensic services of SLaM, South West London and St Georges( SWLSTG), and Oxleas together comprise the South London Mental Health and Community Partnership (SLP). The SLP’s overarching goals centre on bringing care closer to home, improving patient pathways and outcomes by delivering excellent care in better environments. The SLP has a track record of delivering highly effective, clinically informed service developments in order to better meet the needs of service-users. The FIND provision is one such development and the SLaM FIND Team will therefore work closely with the FIND Teams in each of the other Trusts in order to expedite service-user’s transition through inpatient settings to community provision.

· To provide specialist interventions including specialist assessment, treatment, planning, implementation and monitoring of outcomes.

· Have oversight of a small caseload managed in partnership with the Multi-Disciplinary team (MDT). The MDT team is a team of multi professionals with specialist skills and experience with the client group.

· To contribute to enabling other staff, service users and carers from diverse backgrounds to flourish by working to create a psychologically safe environment.

· To provide consultation as appropriate.

· To promote service evaluation, audit and research.

· To work as an autonomous professional within registration body guidelines and codes of conduct, and guided by the policies and procedures of the service, taking responsibility for own work including treatment and discharge decisions with support of clinical supervisor

· To offer training as required.

· To be active in the provision of staff support within their area, including but not limited to Critical Incident Staff Support and Reflect-Support-Resolve. To participate, as a recipient, in staff support work when appropriate.

FIND Team

· To provide Speech and Language Therapy (SaLT) assessment and intervention to service users who have a variety of complex communication and/or swallowing needs. This will include adults with Learning disability, Autism and/or mental health conditions or behaviours that challenge.

· To autonomously manage a caseload in the FIND Team and carry out assessments, interventions and give advice regarding the daily management of service users to the MDT.

· To work as part of the MDT in the management and care delivery of service users and to participate in MDT reviews.

· To work with the MDT to triage referrals to the service.

· To identify training needs and assist in developing new resources accordingly.

· To develop and run groups for people accessing the FIND team.

· To participate in the clinical training of SLT students.
